From water tank leaks/replacement, furnace / AC issues, water softener installs he is my go to. He is thorough with his troubleshooting understanding root cause before replacing parts. He always explains everything that he is doing and where the issue is. As a female, i appreciate that he doesn't talk down to me which many repair companies do on repair calls. Rob is also very cost conscious for the consumer. He tries to do the fix as affordable as possible without compromising quality. I've never had a call back for the same work. He is honest and trustworthy. Right now, I have a furnace that is on its last leg. He has repaired it in hopes that it makes it to a point where costs come down for me. Not many companies would continue to do that, but Rob does. Highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs!

They also installed a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) which was requited due to the tight construction. Quality of work is top notch, the system (Carrier) does a wonderful job keeping my house warm in the winter, no matter how cold it is outside. Every time I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come and evaluate and fix the problem (one room will get too cold while another room will not get cool enough) I was told "Try this setting, should work better." One time a technician "topped off" the coolant in the outdoor unit because "it seemed a little low." The last time they came out to "fix" it and do an annual cleaning they charged me $500 and did next to nothing. I complained and they only lowered the price to $350, again after doing next to nothing besides cleaning the filters. I can't understand why they are unwilling to do what it takes to fix the problem but I can no longer trust them. Four years now and still not working right.
