The guy behind the counter (whose work area contained a weird collection of Hot Wheels toy cars lined up in a row) asked us if we needed help. We told him that for now, we were just looking, and that we may need help in a bit. We looked around for about 10 minutes, (we didn't really finding anything that we liked), and he never checked on us or spoke another word to us. An older woman walked in, and went up to the counter, obviously needing some help, but the employee was having a jovial discussion with a contractor buddy, and didn't acknowledge her presence or attempt to assist her in any way. If you don't see what you're looking for they might be able to order it for you. I used to think they only carried high end fixtures because there are expensive and amazing looking chandeliers located near the entrance. But if you look around, you'll find there's something for everyone including some flush mount ceiling fixtures for $29 and $49. Also look for advertised sales and coupons. I got some great discounts.
