This unfortunately led to needing the tooth to be removed, but he was able to guide me through the process and connect me with a wonderful oral surgeon. Throughout the process, it was evident that he was closely communicating with the offices of the various sub-specialists, coordinating my care, and probably spending time outside of his normal clinical hours to do so. Dr. Hassid has a very calm, patient bedside manner. He always takes the time to explain things, in clear, simple and easy-to-understand terms, and makes sure all my questions are answered. I can tell he really cares about his patients. His office staff are also all excellent - extremely courteous, accommodating, and professional. As an example, I had an appointment with him this morning. I received a phone call that one of the staff had called in sick, and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. However, very quickly, Dr. Hassid went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate me into his schedule today, so that I could still be seen. It definitely wasn't necessary but really showed the level of commitment Dr. Hassid and his team have toward their patients. I think I'll be a patient here for a very long time.

They were extremely thorough with my cleaning, and talked to me in-depth about the condition of my teeth based on various x-rays and photos: what I'm doing right, what I could improve upon, what I might be at risk for, and more. The dentist also talked me through what to look for when buying toothpaste and mouthwash, and provided scientific explanations for which products work best. The new patient/scheduling process is very smooth, as well. I simply filled out the new patient form online, got an email the next day from the office to schedule my appointment (which worked great for me, since I often can't take phone calls during the day), and was ready to go. Overall, I'm very impressed with the organization of the office and the kindness and consideration of each individual I interacted with! Definitely recommend.

The front desk staff is rude and enjoys chatting with each other rather than helping whoever is up front. There is very poor social distancing in their pathetic waiting room, which stays 90 degrees. The X-ray technician took at least 30 minutes to complete my X-rays and had to keep "adjusting," presumably because she was unfamiliar with how to use the technology. My mouth was sore for the remainder of the day afterward because she had to keep repositioning. Their sales person or the lady that does the estimates came in to interact with me WITHOUT a mask in the middle of an outbreak. I told her she should be wearing one and she laughed and said she's immune to it at this point. What about me? I'm not immune to it. Protect yourself so you can protect your CLIENTS. She also tried to schedule me ASAP to remove my wisdom teeth... in the middle of a pandemic in a not so sanitary place. I'm only back to fill these cavities and then I would never come back nor would I recommend others to come.
