Upon entering we are always greeted and asked to fill out the latest up to date info on our little one on a tablet. You enter the info on the tablet and turn it in and they download it on to their main computer for the dental assistants and Dr. Caldwell to view during your visit. The office is decorated with children's toys throughout to make them as comfortable as possible during your visit. The assistants are very good with the children and ours feels at ease during our visits. Dr. Caldwell comes in to look at any X-rays or concerns the assistant may have. Ours got his teeth cleaned and polished during our last visit and we were in and out in about 35 to 45 minutes. Just always a very nice experience when visiting here.

The new patient/scheduling process is very smooth, as well. I simply filled out the new patient form online, got an email the next day from the office to schedule my appointment (which worked great for me, since I often can't take phone calls during the day), and was ready to go.
