He was extremely knowledgeable when I discussed with him my sleep study showing I would need a dental device for sleep apnea. He has gone above and beyond and so has his staff. These days I typically feel rushed with any fears/questions/concerns I address with any healthcare provider and I never felt any of that when I have addressed any concerns or questions with Dr Morrison. By the way- you would think with a brand new beautiful office that they would charge you an arm and a leg but shockingly it is great pricing! Beware! I called to schedule my daughter a dentist appt and was told that they even though they…read morenormally close at noon on Fridays, they would be staying late on this particular Friday to see reschedules from earlier in the week (everyone had been closed due to bad weather.) I scheduled for almost 2 pm. They called back later that day and asked if I wanted to move up the time, I said that wouldn't work, so we kept it at the original time. I got a text remind the morning of for the original time, but when we went to walk in, the building was locked. If they didn't want to stay open, they shouldn't make scheduled appointments.

What I like about Lumberton Dental is that they accept cash payments for dental work which is good for me because my Medicare doesn't pay for Dental or Vision! They will also work with you on your payments and your office visits and that works out very well for me! I can stretch out my visits to fit my income, pay my bills and pay my dentist!!! I'll tell that when you come here you'll feel so at ease that if you get left in your chair too long while he's tending to another patient, you might find yourself wanting to take a short nap! All of the patients loved her, but some bitter "co-workers" wanted her gone, and the boss listened to them and let her go Monday morning, after 14-15 years of dedicated, excellent service, without even so much as a reason as to why. They wouldn't even talk to her about it. She was told to grab her belongings and leave the office. 2 of the employees wanted her gone. The hygienists that she scheduled for are shocked and disenfranchised. She was by far the best person possible at her job. When others tried to step in her role, they failed miserably, and the numbers reflected it. So much so that they begged her to move back to that position, and she immediately brought the numbers to new heights. But since a couple of people had an agenda, she was let go without warning or explanation. It was later stated by one of the people that wanted her out in a morning meeting with the rest of the staff, that the "problem" is now gone. I wouldn't be surprised to see your favorite hygienists also gone in the next few weeks. If you'd like to visit an unprofessional office in action, please go get your dental needs taken care of there. They just lost the only person that cared about professionalism and true customer care.
