I arrived and the office business hours on the door are posted as open at 8. So I left to run an errand only to get a text that I was late. I returned and did the onboard documents. While I waited to see the dentist I visited the bathroom. I judge most places on cleanliness and organization. The bathroom stunk with trash over flowing from the large waste containers and towels on the floor. The bathroom was very dirty. Against my better judgement I stayed and saw the dentists after what I'm sure were a few hundred dollars of X-rays. I had a broken tooth and the dentist pitched me on an expensive implant- (already have 4) instead of a bridge that o wanted . Anyway- they are very nice and friendly people but between the cleanliness and the reluctance to make the repair that I requested - I will take another week and find a new dentist. Dentist kept touching base with me to make sure I was ok and let me know if I was in pain he could give me more meds.
