The next time I went back he found 5 cavities, then when I scheduled to get them filled only found three. As he was drilling one out he told me he needed to do an immediate root canal there on the spot. I got a second opinion and that dentist said I didn't need a root canal on that tooth. I had never had a cavity before I went to south shore dental and since I left have had all sorts of problems with my teeth. I have had severe dental anxiety since leaving this dentist. It was a horrible experience and I regret every dollar I gave this place. Don't go here, and if you do ALWAYS get a second opinion.

After all the visits over this last tooth/crown and his hammering and grinding my teeth down, has caused damage to my bite and compounded my tmj issues. I am still suffering with pain from this. I received documents via email to fill out prior to my visit. I arrived on time to my dental visit and was told they had no record of me. That my insurance has not been verified. I tried to explain to the receptionist the situation and she basically said well I can't help you if you give me some time we can try and see you today. That is terrible customer service. Needless I filed a grievance with my health insurance and they found me a wonderful dentist office with a competent staff.
