Great experience all around! I had some trepidation about going to the dentist after having seen the lack of safety measures at a well known hospital in Houston. What a nice surprise to find that this office is on top of it and then some! You can tell they've got protocols in place, and I even learned that additional equipment was purchased just to make sure patient and staff are safe.To go the extra mile really tells me a lot. Not only that, my family felt comfortable with Dr. Suh and the staff. They treat you like their own, so I know we're in great hands. I have long looked for a dentist that can provide this type of care and attention to my oral health. I have always had good teeth, but as I've gotten older I have needed some dental work. Little did I know there was so many advancements in the Dental industry. I can not only get a CROWN in ONE VISIT I can also get it done WITHOUT a SHOT/NEEDLE! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Dr. Suh is only about making money. She did a "necessary procedure" on me that resulted in a root canal, come to find out the procedure was not necessary and there was no issue to begin with!! Yes her office has current technology but you are not treated like a person there, just another body that they can make money off of. I would not recommend anyone go to this office. They had a new, young doctor who was GREAT but he left (no surprise there) and now patients cannot see him at his new office for THREE YEARS due to Dr. Suh's selfish noncompete clause. I am appalled by her, the office, and their lack of compassion. Bottom line: GO ELSEWHERE! Find a dentist who cares about you and not about your wallet!!!! read more

This was my dental place for around five years because the work never stopped. Took in by friendly side manner. Was all about making money. Cosmetic, showed me pictured of great new teeth but got Just replacement in kind. looked the same as before But it's legal to call that cosmetic. Took a grinder to remove my four front top teeth with crowns. I was warned about that, using a grinder to remove crowns. It was all for show. I should have ran. They would never do a filling, just root canals. When I had a food catcher it was ignored every time. He worked on both sides of my upper teeth, using a perfectly good to so he could extend a bridge. Within two years both sides fell completely apart. I brushed, flossed and use water pick. It was the dental work. I showed The new owner Dr. Suh she offered to do the repair for half price. I went to two other Dentist and shown them what terrible work was done. I was being played for the money. I had to get four implants to replace the crowns and bridges that Dx. Please read about my bad experience trying to get my teeth cleaned at the Beaumont Smile Center. I have always had insurance throughout my life, have had braces, and have always enjoyed the dentist. However with this dentist in the end I was deceived and ended up with bills that were not covered by my insurance. Please read below my observations. 1. The dentists who own this business are actually very intelligent... they have turned a $100 experience into over a $1000 dollar experience. 2. One of the keys to a successful business model is return customers. These dentists are turning a 1 day experience into a 2, 3, or more day experience with lots of tasks being performed. Day 1. Upon arriving I was disappointed to find that I was only going to be able to get a dental evaluation (xrays etc) that day and no teeth cleaning. The first day the dentist will definitely make time to meet with you. This is to establish a relationship and get your confidence to sign up for their expensive programs. Note: subsequent visits you will only have dental assistants working on your teeth. Back to this meeting with the dentist, they are friendly but apply a "fear" sales tactics. While doing your evaluation they will say you have a very rare dental problem will manifest itself in the future if you do not sign up for their preventative program. And although it is a very rare problem they already just happen to have a large packet with quotation included. This program was developed by the dentist to get the maximum dollar value out of the insurance company... but they will assure you to not worry because it wont actually be costing you much. Day 2. You will not be getting your teeth cleaned today... you will be getting a mandatory procedure (varies customer to customer) done before you can get your actual cleaning on a later date. In my case it was cleaning under the gums using their "state of the art" equipment. It seemed like a half ass teeth cleaning... since you have to come back a different day to get the actual teeth cleaning. Day 3. The actual day for cleaning. This didn't happen for me since my insurance rejected their bullshit billing for the previous two attendances. I now have to go find another dentist and hope my dental insurance has not been maxed out for the year. 3. On your first day when filling out the new patient questionnaire there will be a box that asking if you must authorize all costs before any work is done. If you say no then basically you are writing a stranger a blank check. 4. Congratulations you have selected yes on item 3. When considering anything, even a teeth cleaning, demand that your insurance confirm in writing what exactly they will pay for your visits. The front desk/ dentist will lie to you and tell you not to worry since insurance should cover it. They will seem bothered and offended that you would question them. 5. One of their big tricks is that they use the word "estimate". They are estimating what insurance will pay. Demand to know the exact price you will have to pay before they do any work. They do not care who pays it. In the end it will be you or your insurance. FYI, my girlfriend's dentist tells her what she will end up paying out of pocket and what the insurance will cover, before she agrees to any procedure. 6. When your insurance rejects their bill YOU will pay or your credit rating will be damaged. The dentist staff will no longer be as friendly as they were the first day. 7. The dentist gave a quote that included a deductible portion I had to pay. When the insurance rejected their bill, I found out that the dentist had sent not subtracted that deductible I had paid and was therefore was double charging us.
