The only reason we continued to use them is because they would fix their issues after we complained, and then kept their prices lower than their competitors. However, the most recent cleaning involved them canceling literally the morning of, without responding to our questions on rescheduling. When I finally heard a response, they asked us for a higher price. We have continued to use them for over a year and this is how they treat their most loyal customers? Adding screenshots of the texts with them so you can see. NEVER USE THEM!!!! Edit (1/15/2023): if you read her response below, she never addresses their tendency to cancel the morning of, without responding to when they can reschedule. That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism. Not cleaning the place well because they have to use vinegar is one thing, but setting improper expectations and frequently canceling is another.

I can confidently say this is the best cleaning company I've EVER used. Courtney did such a thorough job with my apartment, she cleaned parts of my apartment that I didn't even know needed cleaning. She swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned all the counters and everything else for a very, very reasonable price. Even though she ended up staying for more than two hours, she only charged us for two. And she even left us a thank you card! That was definitely the cherry on top. Her booking system is awesome. You go online and just choose a date/time you'd like her to come, and you get a confirmation via text. I will definitely be using her for a very very long time. And you should too!

It took a…read morelittle bit of time for me to confirm an appointment, and I ended up having to call them directly rather than just communicate via Yelp, but it was still very smooth and I would not hold it against them at all! The process for getting a quote and arranging timing once we connected was very easy, and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to the scope of the project, which I really appreciated. In terms of the actual service, I cannot speak highly enough of Swept Clean. I requested a one-time deep clean of the apartment, including an oven and refrigerator cleaning. For the entire main area of the apartment (kitchen / dining / living) and one bedroom and bathroom (approx. 750-800 sq ft), plus the oven and the refrigerator, the entire cost was $399. This was definitely more expensive than some of the other quotes I received from larger companies, but honestly it was completely worth it when I came back home and saw the finished results. I wish I had taken before and after photos to demonstrate how incredible the job they did was. Everything was near spotless--even the baseboards, which my roommates and I have neglected in nearly two years of living in our apartment. I also have two cats and there wasn't a single strand of cat hair left when they were finished and the house smelled so pleasant. I am so so so pleased with the whole experience with Swept Clean, and will definitely be hiring them again any time I need a home cleaning!

We planned to have Francisca come by to give a price estimate for what I wanted. She was supposed to come on Sunday at 4 pm. At 4:30 pm she called saying she was going to be another 40 minutes. By 5:30, I called her and asked for an ETA. She said she was confused and didn't seem to be coming to my house. After I asked her to cancel my appointment and got off the phone she called me back. She said she went to a door and they weren't expecting her so she left. Instead of calling me to check on the address, she assumed the incorrect address was mine. Had I not called her for an ETA, I don't think she would have called to let me know she wasn't coming. I was so disappointed by the lack of communication. If someone is over an hour and a half late to an estimate, who knows when she would have come to actually start the cleaning. I recommend no one to use this service. Terrible experience and a waste of hours I will never get back. If I could have rated them as a 0, I would have.
