The last time they actually showed up they left quickly without giving me the opportunity to check. There were numerous things they had omitted that I saw later. I was really disappointed especially after I had paid and tipped them as I usually did. I decided to give them another chance. I booked the cleaning appointment and on that day when they were over an hour late, I texted Jude and over a week later he has still not responded. They reel you in to only disappoint you later. I had a tough stain on the carpet I was particularly worried about- luckily they also clean carpets unlike some other services I checked out. They sent two very friendly and polite cleaners for the job. They came on a Sunday which was also very helpful for me, even tho their website says they aren't open Sunday. After their services, I can't see the stain at all and both rooms I requested to be cleaned are spotless! The cleaners checked with me each time to be sure I was satisfied with how things were looking before moving on with the next task. Winonna was the receptionist I spoke to while making the booking. She was very communicative, friendly, gave quick responses, and answered all my questions. Overall the service was definitely worth it for the affordable price. Highly recommend!!

The maids arrived an hour late, which is not a huge deal, but then one of them started telling me why. She said that the client she had just left refused to pay and then gave an undeniably racist comment about the fact that the person's race had something to do with the fact that they did not pay. She literally repeated the claim after I asked for clarification out of utter shock. As someone with an interracial family, and as a decent human being, I was appalled by the comment. I honestly wanted to kick them out of my house right then and there, but she didn't even understand my outrage because of the language barrier, and her coworker had already started cleaning. But I also wanted them gone as soon as possible. It was so unfair that I was put in this position of having someone making these comments in my own home. It's a good thing my interracial family members were not there at the time, particularly the kids. Imagine your children hearing racist comments like that IN THEIR OWN HOME. I respect the heck out of people who do hard work like this, and I normally tip generously to show that appreciation, but I cannot abide racism from anyone, especially not in my home. Oh, and also they wore their shoes inside, and even upstairs! It was rainy and gross outside and they didn't have booties for their shoes or anything, they just came right in and went up to the carpeted 2nd floor with their shoes.
