The staff here is usually pretty attentive, they smile and are courteous. I can usually find someone to help me pretty quick if they're not already around. They are all fairly knowledgeable, I mean it's hard to know it all. The only complains I have is their up-sell tactics for computer electronics can be a bit too much. The other day I bought a printer and the process too much longer because they were trying to convince me to buy Toner, Paper, warranty, and extra protection care. I understand why they ask, but they are quite slow at asking and they follow it up with a lengthy explanation which I didn't need at the time. However overall, I'm pretty happy with this store and I go there often. Staples usually has the best prices and variety of printers compared to other stores.

His was response was Harvinder , "PLEASE DO " do you need me to spell that for you ? I said no thanks I was fine . After Alex finished locating the item and helping me . I left the store to find Harvinder parked across from me leaning out his white BMW nodding and laughing . While Alex was extremely courteous and helpful . Harvinder has horrendous customer service skills and attitude and if this is the front end staff you employ . I can't say I will be back . Totally unimpressed .

Made my life easy…read more This was months ago now. My mom had a brand new laptop endure a water spill, whole thing just shut down and refused to turn back on. Choked and feeling super stupid, we did nothing with it for a week... until I finally took it to Pacific Laptop. (Unimportant detail: the laptop was turned off and lid closed, a glass was knocked over and spilled over the lid.) Their terms are simple: they take it in, they look at it, they call you with the estimated repair and cost, no charge until this point. You can now take it home as is, or proceed with the repair. Got it repaired, took no time at all, super stoked. Not surprisingly there was no damage to the circuits or board, they speculated that it may have a snazzy sensor that detects liquids, then shut down to protect the insides. They explained they gave it a lovely isopropyl clean down to be on the safe side, tested it all out, and put it back together. To this day no issue, runs as if it were brand new. That's all we can want. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and informative, I will most certainly be returning to address any further device woes.

Nice and dark with good detail, but also super smooth. Wanted it to be as cheap as possible (for school) so instead of a 2 colour print, they were able to achieve the look I was going for with a 1 colour print - who knew?! The hats we had embroidered for a team look sharp and the price was right. Definitely recommend this local shop for printing; they also do promo products and banners if you need that kind of thing. This time they said a few items were on back order, which I tried to be understanding while reasoning with my clients. When I came to pick up my second order, again it was now 5 items short (again 3 others counted with me). I explained to them this is ridiculous and they again began to tell me that I am wrong and that I am the only person who they have had issues with.
