Before taking it to the 999 Electronics shop y tv had a "black veil" i could see the picture behind it when i put a flashlight against the screen. It responded to absolutely all settings &b commands properly. The repair shop technician called me to say that the main board is damaged and that could be very expensive. when i said i want to go right then to see , he told me "is too busy and doesn't have time for me". I do not drive or have a car, i had to make arrangements with a neighbor to go at the shop the next day. When i got there and they turned on the TV the screen was a light grey with a 2" vertical line. THAT IS NOT HOW MY TV WAS WHEN I DROPPED IT THERE!!!! He just happened he mentioned a day before that he knows how expensive it ca be to fix it because he had THE EXACT SAME TV. At this point it is very hard to trust the motives why my tv is in worse condition than when i dropped it there. BEWARE. the "very expensive" board he was talking about costs $145.20 plus tax + shipping. However, after talking with another technician, looks like my tv now is beyond repair. So from Backlight needed to be replaced, i ended up with a good for garbage tv. It is frustrating and upsetting because they do not make them anymore. BEWARE

I called TSG to inquire about Windows Explorer crashing and other issues to do with my personal…read moredesktop computer. They were very helpful over the phone and gave me great service quotes. I took my PC to their Vancouver location on a Friday and met Roelof one of their techs. He was kind and very helpful. Less than 24hrs later, I got a call that it was repaired and for a very reasonable price. When I came to pick it up, Roelof demonstrated what he had done and explained how to further care for my computer. He also opened up the case and answered several questions and concerns I had about hardware. I thought my PC was toast, but Roelof saved it no problem. Not only did he fix various Windows corruptions, complete all Windows updates and get rid of my awful conflicting security software, he did it all without having to wipe my data. On top of that, he uninstalled useless programs and cleaned it of all viruses/malware. He also loaded new anti-virus and anti-malware programs to protect my PC in the future. Finally, Roelof even went as far as to update any program on my computer that was out of date and test my favourite game for me to make sure it was still working. Currently, my computer runs faster and works better than it did fresh out of the box. The tech even reached out a few days later to check up on how well it was running and to answer any further questions I had. I recommend TSG Computer Services and Roelof very highly. So my Lenovo laptop charger gave out, I bought a Targus Universal charger at London Drugs on…read moreKingsway for $90. Took it home & NONE of the plugs worked! Meanwhile my laptop battery is dead. Took it back to LD for a refund which they completely understood (kudos to LD). The clerk there mentioned Kingsway Computers at Old Orchard Mall & see if they can help. Went to Kingsway Computers & the gentleman there fortunately had one (used) but he plugged it in to my laptop. Voila! It worked! Cost me $40 but I'm happy! While there, I mentioned I also had an older Dell laptop & whether it was worth upgrading RAM. He told me no but if I needed a new battery, he would check it out. I think I found a new tech guy here!
