Alex asked another young man at the cash register if he could help him find the item . Young man said nope I'm out . To which I responded seriously I've been standing here for 5 mins . He said nope I'm on overtime don't get paid for this and turned away from me . I asked for his name and said I would be speaking to his manager. His was response was Harvinder , "PLEASE DO " do you need me to spell that for you ? I said no thanks I was fine . After Alex finished locating the item and helping me . I left the store to find Harvinder parked across from me leaning out his white BMW nodding and laughing . While Alex was extremely courteous and helpful . Harvinder has horrendous customer service skills and attitude and if this is the front end staff you employ . I can't say I will be back . Totally unimpressed .

All the staples stores have pretty much layout and they're usually clean as well. What really…read moreidentifies each of these franchised stores is the staff that works in it. The staff here is usually pretty attentive, they smile and are courteous. I can usually find someone to help me pretty quick if they're not already around. They are all fairly knowledgeable, I mean it's hard to know it all. The only complains I have is their up-sell tactics for computer electronics can be a bit too much. The other day I bought a printer and the process too much longer because they were trying to convince me to buy Toner, Paper, warranty, and extra protection care. I understand why they ask, but they are quite slow at asking and they follow it up with a lengthy explanation which I didn't need at the time. However overall, I'm pretty happy with this store and I go there often. Staples usually has the best prices and variety of printers compared to other stores.

Leasing was also quick but what impressed me the most was the salesman had followed up and kept me up to date of the process. He knew I was under a tight deadline and made sure that there weren't any hiccups in me setup with a copier for my office. The technician was also fantastic! Had my office running in no time with network and fax.

Took them over 6-weeks to send a courier to pick it up, but only two weeks to send it back with a note saying not-returnable. No reason, just not-returnable. They have $400 of my money, but that is all they'll ever get. I'm taking all my stationery business elsewhere. Don't buy any electronics from this company; if you make a mistake, they'll keep your money.

This place sells custom frames and mugs, but they also do phone repairs…read more I needed a repair for my phone that a certain (fruit) store upstairs refused to do, so I stumbled across this booth while trying to explore alternatives. The guy (Marshall) was quite clear explaining everything. Quite the eager salesman. He whisked my phone off to the repair guy. The repair took a lot longer than the promised 1h Guess they'll say anything to get the sale first. Something to keep in mind. The repairs are actually outsourced to another booth (Mobilinq) which is maybe 50m away, outside the Walmart. See my review for that place as well. See my review of Mobilinq for repair details. I would give a higher review except they broke part of my phone (unrelated part) during the repair. I had to shell out more money to get that part replaced. I understand that accidents happen, but it's a hard pill to swallow when they charge full price for something THEY broke. The good news is the repairs have all held up. They use factory parts (I'm guessing these are the parts that fail QC at the factory), as evidenced by the (sometimes covered up) logo on the parts which I saw them install. So the parts won't be 100% as good as the official repair, but 98% is good enough to be honest, especially for the price. Most importantly, I was able to get my phone working again when the fruit store told me that I was looking at a unit replacement.
