While my job wasn't "big" at almost 700 sqft, they did knock it out with no hassle at all. I wasn't bumped for a bigger job or put on delay at all, from the time I walked in the store I was done in less than a week. The price was also fair and simply-explained. I took 4 quotes and All Service were the 3rd most affordable but the most readily available to work. The measurement was transparent and the broke down every single question my wife and I had so that we could make the best decisions for us and our home. No fluff, no bs, just answers to your questions and up front pricing. All service has me sold and I'll only use them for my floors from this point forward.

Several issues, I was without a bathroom for almost 2 months because they never bother to inspect…read morethe flooring before they ripped out my old flooring and whenever they went to grab the new flooring out of the boxes they found that it was all bad and they took their sweet time getting the new stuff in. When they were actually finished with the bathroom, there was a tile that wasn't even glued down at all in the corner. And whenever they put my toilet back, they didn't caulk all the way around it. And let's talk about the toilet, because they messed up and broke the supply lines to two of my toilets and had to replace them, we had to keep the water shut off to our house for a full day while they got replacement parts. Not to mention the foot molding, they would've walked out without doing several pieces if I didn't directly point at them and say "you never did this and it looks awful", in fact, they did, the workers said they would return with more foot molding for the bathroom whenever I asked them to, they never did. I eventually just gave up on waiting and told my handyman to go ahead and come in regardless because I was sick of having no sink. Whenever we asked for compensation, they only offered us $200 which is a complete INSULT considering since their mistake left me with no bathroom floor for two months. That oversight also lead to other repairs being pushed back as well, because I had a group of handyman that needed to do other work in that bathroom couldn't do it until the floors were in. It goes without saying we are highly dissatisfied, we will not be using this company again, and we will not be recommending them. What really sucks is if they had made it right, we would've had them redo the rest of the flooring in the house as well later.

After pricing Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring at a couple other retailers, including the big-box DIY stores, we stopped back by Carpet Depot to speak with Kevin (the owner) and his staff. As before, they were knowledgeable and professional in every way. After taking a few weeks to decide regarding the type of LVP (more for my wife than me), we made our decision and set up a time for Kevin to come by to double check our measurements. The price was extremely good and very competitive. As with most things in today's retail market, it took a few weeks for the materials to come in: we put LVP on the downstairs floor and a high-grade commercial carpet on the stairs. During the whole "waiting" period, either Kevin or his staff called us to keep us informed where everything was or wasn't. When everything came in, we were told it could take up to two days. We had to have an area of tongue-and-groove ¾ inch oak removed and the old carpeting in the fireplace room and the stairs removed as well, so we figured this was reasonable. When the installation crew arrived, they informed us it would all be done in one day! The installation guys were phenomenal. Face it, it doesn't matter how nice the flooring is unless it is installed properly. The crew was polite, and they worked extremely hard. I used to manage job sites and these guys were great! This was perhaps the number one of the reason why we returned to Carpet Depot--the professionalism and service of Kevin's installation crews. We are beyond satisfied with our new floors! They finished quickly, they were extremely concerned with our satisfaction, and they were professional. The market right now is very tight cost-wise. You always get what you pay for and there is little ability for a quality install and product at a very low price. This is just where we are in our economy today. What makes the difference is the customer service and the people doing the service. The biggest difference in today's economy is the service. Carpet Depot delivers on this. And I have longer than ten years' experience to prove it!
