There was a high top bar that I needed lowered and the fireplace needed to be resurfaced. I reached out to FD remodeling and Diego came out and gave me an estimate. Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

Javier came quickly and provided a quote for a shower remodel in my new house. They were all very professional, even as I took a while to decide. Found another company to work with.

I've been living with my renovation for about 10 months now. At first I was mostly happy with the…read morework they did, but then I began noticing little details that were totally careless on their part. My team "leaders" were David and Valentina. I'm still finding things that were overlooked. They are all little things, but they are annoying little things that should not have been missed upon completion of the work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Aside from what's in the images, the communication was pretty lack luster. I would communicate to Valentina how I wanted something done and it would slip through the cracks and have to get redone, which delayed the project. I hired them because they are part of the "Trust Dale" network, but if I could do it over again, I'd hire a different company. The bulk of the work is satisfactory, but all of the finishing details that they missed is pretty disappointing.

5 Stars - Honest, Skilled, and Great to Work With…read more I hired Perez Painting Pro Renovation for several major home improvement projects, including building a custom indoor Finnish cedar sauna, remodeling a bathroom, repairing extensive wood rot (new studs, wallboard, windows, and siding), replacing decking, and painting. It was a big job with a lot of moving parts, and choosing the Perez brothers turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I originally chose them because their quote was fair, but what really sold me was Santos himself. He was honest, straightforward, and gave me confidence that his team could handle everything--from carpentry and electrical to plumbing--without me having to juggle multiple contractors, even for the custom sauna. I knew I was dealing with someone I could trust during our first meeting. Santos noticed that my under-cabinet kitchen lights weren't working and showed me how to fix them with a $30 part from Amazon and about 20 minutes of work. Another contractor had quoted me $1,800 to replace the entire system. That one conversation told me a lot about his character. Another thing I appreciated was that Santos, his brothers, and their crew are the ones who actually do the work. They aren't just selling the job and handing it off to subcontractors. They take pride in what they do, and it shows. Once the project started, they showed up early every morning, worked hard all day, cleaned up before leaving, and often stayed into the evening to keep things moving. Communication was always good, and if I had a question or wanted to change something, Santos was easy to reach and happy to talk it through. The quality of the work was excellent across the board, but the sauna is definitely the highlight. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, and it's become our family's favorite room in the house. We use it almost every day. It's not often you find a contractor who's skilled, dependable, honest, and reasonably priced. If you're looking for someone you can trust to do quality work, I highly recommend Perez Painting Pro Renovation. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Santos and the team again.

I cannot recommend Herik and Santos Renovations enough! Herik's communication was excellent--he met…read moreme onsite exactly when he said he would and was always punctual. He followed up consistently and even completed the work on a Saturday. I had a question about the floor, and he came out again (from Brookhaven all the way to Exit 13, before heading to Dunwoody) just to make sure everything was right. He was amazing in every aspect: the quality of the work, communication, timeliness (I was the one running late, and he was so gracious), he is just kind and easygoing, so knowledgeable and his patience with my payment and all the details I asked about. He's a true professional. If we ever switch to LVP in the future or need additional repairs, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again. Thank you, Herik, for helping me on such short notice. As you can see, he achieved a perfect floor match--even though the previous stain was a blend of three different Minwax colors. The floor he worked on was engineered wood and it had already been refinished at least twice and was damaged due to water underneath that caused it to warp. He did an amazing job with the match and stain and you cannot tell it was ever damaged. His quote was very fair too and he does amazing tile work/shower renovations too. Highly, highly recommended!
