I wish there was a way to give negative stars! This place was HORRENDOUS! First of all, you can't enter the office. There are instructions on the door telling you to ring the doorbell for service. I stood outside the door, for about 7 minutes, ringing the bell, knocking & banging on the door, & rattling the door, & got no response! Finally, I decided to try calling. The woman answered the phone, I told her who I was, that I'd been standing outside ringing, knocking, & rattling. She said she didn't hear any of it, that I was early, to go wait in the waiting area in the hall because she was currently busy. Mind you, I had arrived 10 minutes early, spent 7 minutes attempting to get her attention, & the ONLY thing she said to me was that I was early, she was busy, & I'd have to wait. No apology, &, basically, (by her tone, & choice of words) implied that my inconvenience was my own fault because I had arrived early. She finally came to get me at 5 minutes past my appointment time. Again, no apology. She spent our entire time together talking at me, over me, & not listening. During my visit she told me that I needed to return the equipment at 8 am the following morning. I asked how long would returning the equipment take because I had to work. She assured me that it would take less than a minute, but, of course, it didn't happen that way. I ended up having to wait nearly 30 minutes because the chick (not the one I dealt with the day before) was late for work! Which, in turn, made me late for work! AGAIN, no apology! Not even an attempt at an excuse! This place is just awful! Extremely unprofessional & rude. If you have a referral to be seen there, go back to the referring doctor, & demand to be referred to some other sleep diagnostic practice. This place will only piss you off, which is not really conducive for sleep. read more
