I then tell her that I still can't find it so, she asks 'which one is it again', mind y'all, there is no one else in the damn store. I'm the only customer, and I had only been in there for a whole 60 seconds. Now, she walks up right in front of me and pulls the shirts to the side and mentions it's not in the color in the front window, black, and they must have sold out. Then she storms off. I shop at consignment stores all over the Denver Metro area and Rags is one of the most expensive and the hardest to find clothes in because of how they organize the clothes. The example of a Zara jacket (which, as stated, if not better when I really looked at it) was to showcase that the Rags price was just too high for a used clothing item. The rags price was even higher than any of the price for the same jacket on Poshmark. The service is really good and the people that work there really nice. But their items are super overpriced. I think they don't realize that it is used clothing, and they need to take that into account with pricing. There are other consignment stores that sell the same brands that are reasonably priced, Rags is definitely the most expensive. I found the exact same Zara jacket at both rags and at the Goodwill up the street. They were in the exact same condition, but the one at Goodwill was $24 and the one at Rags was priced at around $52. I also found the exact same jacket on Poshmark for $40. It is ridiculous, it's used clothing. I also hate how they organize the clothing. It really should be by size like every other store than by color/type. It makes it really hard to find things you like because you have to go through everything.
