This is the 4th year in a row that our "gang" has had our girls get away on the same weekend. Every year we look forward to the 50% off sale at Be Boutique but this year we were disappointed. We were so full of anticipation, and actually changed around our plans to allow for the usual 2.5 hours of shopping there. When we walked up we were greeted by signs advertising buy one, get one at 50% off. That extra 25% off (or more) really makes a difference when you're buying hundreds of dollars worth of clothing. The gal that was working there wasn't sure about what was going on. She told one of us that the 50% off sale had already happened and told another that it would happen in the next few weeks. Either way, the info is on their Facebook page (and Gosia has already responded to my check in with the new month for that sale - in October - (since that isn't on Facebook as of right now). I do take some of the responsibility for ASSuming that the sale would be the same weekend every year and not checking. That said, two of us bought nothing and the other two only bought two items. We wouldn't make Be Boutique a destination drive from Denver so we won't be back next month. It used to be so much fun to find those treasures and I will really miss it. read more

So my bf and I went to all the cute stores on the strip and this one caught my eye due to it being a Boutique. The things in the store were all over the place, meaning it had baby items/clothes, women clothes and shoes. The owner I believe was working whom had a lot of energy but my advice would be to say Less! She "assumed" I was pregnant since I was looking at infant clothing. Shes like oh honey you wont be sleeping long soon. Lol. We laughed but if I was anyone else who "could" look pregnant Id be offended. To be nice & converse is different ... Went in while spending time in Winter Park. The store itself is really cute with a lot of offerings. The owner was the one working and she was sort of a snob. I asked for a pair of shorts in another size and she looked at me and said oh no, you don't need another size. Ok, thanks for your opinion but I would like another size. After I put on the smaller size and proved her wrong, she was a little more friendly but still at that point, I knew it was fake. Generally, I was not impressed with anyone's friendliness in Winter Park ... so maybe this is the norm? If my travels take me back to Winter Park, I would visit again to check out the clothes but not chat with the employees. read more

While doing a job interview in Winter Park I stopped into Be... to check out what type of shopping I could look forward to if I were to move... lets just say I wont be spending my hard earned money here. When I entered I asked the associate if they were closed and I was keeping them open she informed me that she closed whenever she wanted and that even if she were closing she wouldnt stay open for me anyways.. I thought well that was rude, but shopped anyways, she continued to be sassy, rude, and completely no help... when I finally snagged her to ring me up she continued to be rude and even insulted me by informing me what the price was on an item and when I said I was aware she remarked that she didnt think by looking at me that I coul afford it. what a b****. never will shop there again.... atleast not if that same girl is working. read more

The clothing is cheap stuff, which is great if your into trends, i am. so after a season or two the clothing will not be able to hold up after many washes, etc. they have great staple simple pieces that come in many staple colors, (leggings, tank tops, trend specific tshirts and long sleeves). this a great shop for such a small town, gets your fashion needs covered for a decent price. if you have a last minute gala youre attending and dont want to spend a lot, you could pull off a dress from here. they even carry what i like to call "jersey shore" wear: rhine stone ear muffs, t-shirts, clips, extremely tiny dresses and yada yada. lots of great make up, glitter liquid liners and shadows.... for a mountain town this is a great place if you love fashion....and live in a mountain town, with no other options. My girls and I visit this store every year on vacation. Be...is the very first place we come upon arrival in WP, and they know they're going to walk away from Be... with bags stuffed with the cutest clothes. Gosia, the owner does a class act at this boutique in the mountains. I've been buying clothes and accessories here since she opened. The place is a gem. In regards to the review from a fathers out of control children, I side with the owner of the business. Her shop is not a fun house where your Incorrigible children get to go in and trash the place. It's a classy cute little boutique with things meticulously placed for paying customers to see them. If they want to purchase. In today's society it is so important for everyone to be so politically correct but I'm sorry in this case the owner is correct children shouldn't be running around the stores and destroying things that the owner paid money for furthermore your children can get hurt very easily and then you will turn around and blame the owner again. The shop is not that big so for three small children to walk in and start destroying things I could see how she might be upset. As a father you should know that when you take your children and they should behave in public and be respectful of others. I love this little shop and I would hate to see it destroyed. read more

I really like Be... They almost always have a sale going on and they have a wide variety of items in store. You can buy leggings, makeup, dresses, jeans, work clothes, casual clothes, sweaters, shoes, boots, bikinis, soaps, lingerie, hair accessories, jewelry and the list goes on and on. Terrible!!! The owner of this shop was terribly rude and vicious in so many different ways!!! I was on vacation with my two bffs when we decided to go into this horrific shop. From the second we walked in the store the owner was making rude comments for us not hearing correctly and "ignoring" her. One example is when my friend and I were about to buy matching hoop earrings when we had a question about the sale. My friend and I started to ask but were interrupted by the owner telling us in the rudest voice I have ever heard that we didn't listen to her and was basically demanding an apology for something we didn't even know we did. Another example is when my other bff was approached by the same person (the store owner) and was asked if she had heard something that she had said my friend was basically tortured when this utterly horrific person demanded a response. An older woman was also talking to the store owner and was being nice, she asked her question, to this she responded with a rude tone that the sale didn't apply to the piece of jewelry she was buying. The older lady was also charged a dollar for using her debit card to purchase the jewelry. This terrible person is not fit to run a shop. Talk about bipolar right. read more
