5 Dr Kelly's is absolutely the best! The team at Dr Kelly's is fabulous. My 2 papillons get their teeth cleanings done at Dr Kelly's. They both have done extremely well every time they get their teeth cleaned. They call and follow up on our pets. They are excellent and very caring loving people. I highly recommend them. Their rates are reasonable and fait. My dogs are never over anesthetized. They include pain meds and antibiotics with the treatment. They check the dogs blood a week prior ensuring the dog is healthy before the procedure. I love them. I wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else and I'm extremely picky. read more

Had a found german shepard girl who was traumatized by being dumped, and we ended up keeping her after months of trying to find the owner. We had a vet check and were unable to confirm if she was spayed. Hormone tests were almost if not more expensive than surgery. Found Dr. Kelly through Maddies Fund, and they got us an appt and I explained the consern. On appt day, they did everything they could to check her (traumatized shepherd) for signs of a spay. They did find a hernia, and we agreed to proceed with surgery to fix the hernia and check for spay. It was pretty quick about an hour later they confirmed spay was previously done, fixed hernia and I picked up about 2.5 hours after drop off. The staff was very professional, friendly and understanding about the behavior of our dog. The process is very streamlined. The lobby is a large room, bathroom, scale and everyone who comes in signs in and waits to be brought back. As any busy clinic, many owners do not know how to keep distance or to keep their fur babies close. My 9 year old cat Shiva needed some dental work and they handled it quickly and with a lot of special care. The whole package ended up being $1130 and that might sound expensive. However I was quoted twice as much as more than a few places. She needed 15 teeth out! She's also very small and needed special care around anesthesia. The pre and post care was awesome as well. Wonderful experience! We took 5 year old/ 14lb chiweenie for a dental. The estimate was very reasonable and allowed us to feel good about taking care of our dog. Our regular vet estimated 1200-1800 which is just remarkably unaffordable especially with three dogs. Techs were welcoming and kind and they took great care of our girl. I called, got a very reasonable quote and scheduled with them within 3 weeks in Tucson. Eve had her cleaning as well as 5 teeth extracted for $575.00!! Meds were included with that price. I don't usually post reviews but I wanted to share my experience as I am SO pleased with Dr. Kelly's vet clinic... For one, I am not a resident of Tucson. I live out of state and was worried my 8lb chihuahua was going into heat for her third time... might I add - she showed symptoms of pyometra (infection of uterus) towards the end of her last heat. Fortunately, this was not the case **hallelujah sister** Flash forward 2 months and knowing I'd be spending some time in Tucson, I wanted to get her in ASAP. Being on a budget and unsure of where to go, I found my answer through a Facebook community group... Dr. Kelly is whom most recommended. I called and got an appointment made within the next week *yippee!!* My 8lb chihuahua is everything to me (actually gives me purpose in life) lol I was so nervous for her and wasn't sure how she would do as this was the first time I'd be leaving her with unfamiliar people. I'm so grateful for the front desk/staff as well. The moment we entered through the clinic doors and into the waiting room, which was kept VERY tidy (another plus) a staff member came out to greet us. I could see their love and care for animals, they answered all my questions/relieved my worries. Once I handed my chihuahua over, she seemed as if she was 'bout to go-be "chillin with a homie". Not to mention, the PRICE. I paid under $200 while it cost me almost $500 to get my other dog spayed in CA absurd if you ask me! Lastly, by the time I got home after dropping my chihuahua off (25 min drive) they called to say dog would be ready in 30 mins! WTF Haha! I was so happy she didn't have to be locked up all day and within 24 hours she was back to her normal self. CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. NOT HAPPY!!!! Their prices for vaccines have increased EXPONENTIALLY in 3 years. Also, they no longer carry the 3 year Parvo vaccine (only the 1 year). They didn't tell me this in advance and so now I have to go and get it somewhere else in a year. Change in Vaccine Price from 2020: 3 year rabies in 2020: $17 3 year rabies in 2023: $30 (76% increase!!) 3 year Parvo in 2020: $22 1 year Parvo in 2023: $39 ( so you are paying 72% more and are getting only 1 year instead of 3) In effect, you are paying 216% more!!! What the crap, Dr. Kelly??? Needless to say, I will be shopping around. They are ripping off their customers, or they decided to charge little in the beginning, only to rip you off later. My 3 yr old cat had a full mouth extraction on May 8th due to stomatitis and has recovered GREAT so far (about 10 days later)! A few things for others needing this care and wondering if dr Kelly's is right for you and your pet. - You will only talk to the vet techs. I read other reviews and was prepared for this and asked the vet tech who the dr. was that would do the surgery after the consult. The vet tech provided that info without any hesitation and assured me that the dr does this procedure often. The vet who did the consult also did the procedure...that was not clear for me initially and I asked about this during the consult. - With the above, the vet tech also mentioned that the dr sometimes does these surgeries at PACC as well. This actually reassured me even more thinking that I'd rather take my cat to a Dr that is doing essentially only this or other surgeries as opposed to taking her to a regular vet who maybe is doing extractions less frequently or to a dental surgeon which would cost 3X as much. This was essentially the best option for my price point. It was about $1500 total (including deposit, procedure, and medications for after) for a cat full mouth extraction. Another quote I got from a vet would have been close to 4K. - Today (about 10 days later) I had to call for a follow up question and was able to bring my cat to be seen right away (despite it not being urgent and was not in relationship to her full mouth extraction but was checking to make sure what the issue was was not connected). Really appreciated the care of the vet and techs and the quick service. I understand folks thinking it is impersonal and I get that because you are not with your pet before the procedure and don't meet the vet, but in my experience, I was super happy with the care that my pet received from the vet, vet techs, and how responsive everyone was once I received the contact number for the mobile unit I took her to. I also came with A LOT of questions to the consult (wrote them down so I didn't forget) and I would just be prepared with any questions you have. They will be happy to answer and to reassure you if needed and you can always call/text the mobile unit's number after your consult (which I would ask for this number at your consult if you schedule a procedure so you can ask follow up questions you might have before the actual procedure is done). If you are going through this, I wish you much luck (and serenity bc I know how stressful this is) and I hope your pet recovers well! read more

We found this mobile service in front of the old Kmart. We scheduled a 4.5 month old puppy who is a handful which is deaf. Fearful of his reluctance to leave us, we meet the staff and checked the surgical conditions inside. The staff loved our little boy and was so gentle with him with actual kisses from the staff. We were relieved to see they took very good care of our little boy. And we were able to get his spay, rabies shot, micro chip for one low cost. One stop shopping to keep your furry friend in tip top shape, for the rest of his life. So thankful for this incredible service. The other option is so expensive to the tune of three hundred dollars or more. He healed quickly and he is thriving as a growing healthy puppy with adopted siblings teaching him the ropes. If you want any nice attention about your pet, don't go here. They won't answer your questions about your dog. Ana was the recieving person in Tucson. She did not answer my questions about my puppy and told me it's my dog I had to research it. It was evident she did not want to be there as her bad attitude continued. She never gave me prices and she was just rushed so it was very impersonal. In hindsight I spent $400 for a neuter and extras and felt like I could have just gotten the same services elsewhere where I can actually ask questions about my dog. In the end she said it would be 1.5-2 hours, it was past that when I received the message and I had a meeting so I called to see if I could pick him up about less than 1 hour later and I was told it would be an extra fee, even though I paid for extra things and most importantly Ana never told me about this extra late fee charge. So I just missed my meeting and pick my puppy up. When I got there she was completely rude. She was going over post care and pills and I asked if this is written on the bottles because I'm not writing this down since I had nothing to write with. Also I asked her if I was going to receive a book or record of the vaccines. She got mad and said we don't do books, you'll get a paper after you get your dog, she yelled "do you want to receive post care or not". I was like I want to get my dog and the documentation since I couldn't believe she was treating me this way. She told me the price and I said where is the itemized receipt. She said you'll get it after (which I have never paid for something without knowing what I was paying for). I gave her my card and I asked her if I can talk to someone else and she said she's the only one and she said I'll let my manager know you refused post care instructions and I was in the middle of my sentence when she just went inside. I opened the door as soon as it closed in my face and finished my sentence and she yelled and said I was not allowed to open the door. I waited and once my dog came out with another tech I finally said my sentence without interruptions. I said. I never refused I just don't want to be spoken to the way you are, I want the post care but by someone else, not by you. The other tech that brought my dog out said she would do it and Anna stopped arguing. I had a great experience with the 2nd tech and she was very nice. All the things she told me was already told to me by Anna so not sure why she said I refused the instructions when she had already told me them. It was strange experience and I definitely do reviews and have a large following. Not happy. I couldn't even ask about the anal excretion and when I took my dog to our destination, he was bleeding at his anus. Really strange and just made me frustrated that I couldn't even fully ask about it before. Luckily I asked by text and someone did help me out but i didn't get the answer until 4 to 5 hours later. I used to love this place when they had vans. Now they just opened their Tucson location and it's awful. You stand with other people and their pets in a closed off room. There is no one there to see you. There is a sign in sheet that another customer had to show me. But it's worthless to sign it because when the tech does come out she randomly picks people regardless of appointment. I sat there for 45 minutes and finally had to push my way to the front to see the tech. Then another person had a dog they could not do surgery on and the tech had a full on private conversation with this family in front of everyone.....despite there being consult rooms where they could have gone. Add to the discomfort of the waiting room, you get to listen to dogs screaming bloody murder in the back and it tells you the tension behind the door is as bad as the tension in the closed off waiting room. Like I said this place was fabulous before but I don't think I'd ever want to go back to the physical location again. read more

I love this mobile vet service. They took care of my 13 year old Pomeranian just like he was their own dog. I was quite apprehensive to have him go thru extensive oral surgery. My pup had to have major dental surgery in October 2019. I could not say enough about this Veterinary Service. They were wonderful, professional and beyond excellent. Will I recommend them? Absolutely! Granted, I had to wait outside until they were ready for him. This happened on the initial visit too. However, it is necessary and part of the Mobile process! It's a small inconvenience when you consider their prices as opposed to a Vet in a building! If anyone has an issue with NOT having a waiting room then they aren't fully aware of the Mobile idea.
