I discovered this place when I was visiting my cousins in San Clemente last month. They live within walking distance of Kelly's, and we went EVERY DAY for breakfast, lunch or just for an afternoon snack. Kelly's is more than just a donut shop, although I had more than a few donuts there with my morning coffee. I loved their ham and cheese sandwiches on croissants, and their bagels with cream cheese were oh-so-good. Because we went everyday, I got to know the owners pretty well. Sweet couple, and their daughters help out a couple times a week. Really great customer service, always attentive and friendly. This is the best place for fresh donuts that don't cost an arm and a leg. While other places may be more popular for donuts because of their location, I personally drive to the other end of town to go here. My sons love the sandwiches but it's the donuts that bring me here! The service is good too. Next time you need donuts in bulk (soccer or school) come here. We went there after staying at Dana Point after reading a review on Yelp I would say it was pretty good my wife had a blueberry muffin and I had bacon egg and cheese burrito couple of orange juices and a coffee was only like 12 bucks which i think is a great price it is in a little run down shopping centre with a closed Big Lots next to it but all in all pretty good I want to bring my children back when we visit next time to have the bacon donut. read more

Good donut place in south county but was taken a back by the glazes on the custard filled donut in that it didn't appear or to taste like it had enough chocolate in it. We got a dozen donuts of varying flavors but none of them stood out. Agree with other reviewers that it took a little while to find it because of all of the construction. read more

I always feel like my socal trips are never complete without a pit stop at Kelly's Donuts. It's conveniently right off the I-5 on my way down to SD and I can fill up gas at the gas station near by. Don't let the name fool you because they do sell more than just donuts. Their selection is really great, ranging from burritos to burgers, to even smoothies and ice creams - all for really affordable prices! They are also very attentive to their customers; I've never had a bad experience. My favorite is their Jalapeno bagels which are made fresh daily, toasted with cream cheese. Yum! read more

Kelly donuts is by far the best donut shop I have ever been to. I have been to many donuts shopd in my life but this place is just amazing.
