So disappointing. I had heard great things so we decided to meet a friend for Sunday brunch. He came all the way from the east side of Cleveland. Place was packed. No where to sit. I asked a waitress if there was a waiting list. She said no. I asked how do we ensure a table when more people were walking in? That question was answered with a blank stare. I was told to ask behind the counter; which I did. I was asked if we had ordered at the counter yet? Well, no! Because why would we order food with no place to sit and eat it??? While more people were coming in. We were then told again that we had to order first then find a place to eat! Needless to say we went somewhere with a friendlier staff, better customer service, and where our money means something. I don't care what the reviews are, if you treat us like crap, there are always better places. I wouldn't waste my time at this establishment that doesn't think far enough to ensure good customer service. read more

This was my first visit to Kelly's Cafe. Kelly is warm and welcoming and her concoctions are delicious. My friend Kim suggested we go there for lunch and we shared a savory and a sweet crepe. The portions are substantial. The savory one we chose was the Montecristo and for the sweet we picked the banana split with fresh strawberries and added pecans to it. The stuff they call "the stuff" is a light cream cheese whipped cream that is the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back. read more

They serve Mitchell's Ice Cream!!! Yes this place has Mitchell's Ice Cream. My wife and I love the stuff and living in Brunswick we don't have the access to it like we did when my wife was in Westlake. The service here is always great, greeted with a smile and warmth every time. I really only go for the ice cream, but the place is super clean and cozy inside and has all the making of a good cafe, including crepes. read more

I'm a first-time visitor. Six of us went here for lunch. The crepes were made with loving care. I say this because all our crepes were prepared to perfection (no overcooked edges/burnt sections). The Monte Cristo was a delicious combination of ham, turkey and swiss cheese enveloped in a delicate crepe. Raspberry preserves were on the side, a nice compliment to the savory meats. No complaints from my friends says they were satisfied too. One table in the restaurant seats up to eight. We called in advance & got it held for us. This place is a nice change from the franchise-type restaurants and its decor says so. If you can look past the down side of large parties not receiving their food at the same time, try Kelly's! Great place for authentic crepes. My only complaint is that you need to go back to the counter to get your free refill of coffee. It would be nice to have a carafe of coffee instead of having to leave your meal to get more. My crepe got cold because I had to wait for two customers ahead of me. Staff if friendly and portions are very large. They serve crepes stuffed with anything imaginable. You order at the counter and then try to find a seat which is limited. Local art on the walls, which I usually love but clearly they're not picky. Crepes themselves are dry. The place is noisy and very cluttered. They do have vegan options, it's good to have a non-chain, locally owned coffee shop in the area, but I had a hard time relaxing due the noise and messy appearance. read more

First things first: It was so cool to walk into a business with an all female staff. I don't know if it was intentional, but it was awesome to see.
