I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Attendant never told me the price nor showed me the final price before telling me to pay. Manager will not let me get the discount on a different service. Most recently, I brought my old car in for brakes and possibly shocks and struts because it seemed to not bounce back after bumps like it used to.
