The salesman Jorge Ochoa was such a gentlemen. My sister had just lost her husband and she told Jorge that. She also explained what she wanted and he listened to her and he never made her feel pressured. She looked that day and told him she would be back but she needed to think. Jorge was very kind and knowledgeable and my sister ended up with a beautiful preowned Tiguan. Honestly this man is a gem. God Bless. read more

Here is my original review of Kelly VW - followed by my updated review. Great place to do business with! I live about 2hr away on the NH/VT Border. I came across a really great deal on a CPO Jetta GLI. I submitted a deposit and filed a credit app from home in about 5min. It took about an hour to actually do everything there with Peter (who was great to deal with!). The car was delivered to my city hall up the street from my house in NH the next day to register. I would definitely do business with Peter at Kelly VW again!! EDIT: 9/3/25 I decided to remove the Kelly VW license plate frame and my license plate off the car when I was washing it to clean the dried bug guts off of them. I discovered there were four holes a little over 1/4" each that were "blown out" from where a previous plate holder had been ripped off the front of car. They just screwed a new plate frame into the bumper to cover the holes up. The car was a CPO VW with 13k on it and looked pristine otherwise. I informed Peter via email w/ a picture and he said "it's plastic so it's not a corrosion issue, it will be fine" and didn't respond to my follow up email. In retrospect it now feels like he had insisted on putting the tags on the car so I wouldn't see the holes. No way I'd have taken delivery of it otherwise. I had looked at so many other cars at other dealers and settled on that one. The holes are in such a way if anything mildly taps that bumper (things happen in parking lots) and it's going to crack between all of them. That's my main concern - and then I'm going to be out the money to fix it. Two days later I emailed again as I hadn't gotten an reply back and said it's a shame to change 5 reviews I left him and Kelly VW across a few platforms over something as simple as this. His response was- "Don't threaten me, But go right ahead. I have thick skin. There is. In fact. Nothing to be done." Huh? Wow... I figured he would have asked his boss if anything could be done as it may had just been an oversight. I was not expecting that response at all after my original pleasant encounter when I bought the car. It kind of creeped me out to be honest. Anyway, I'm following up with VW corporate and awaiting their response. This was my 2nd new/CPO VW in two years. And probably the last. If you buy a car from here? Please inspect literally every inch and ask them to take the plate frames off and make sure this isn't an ongoing issue with his cars. And DO NOT DEAL WITH PETER SIMMONS, once he gets his money he could care less about a you. If you spend $30k on something that's certified CPO and supposed to be in the same condition as new? But has hidden damage? It Kind of blows And getting that response when it's questioned? is 10x worse. read more

UPDATE 9/7/25: Look at all the fake responses they give to all the negative reviews below. "Brian K." (presumably Brian Kelly, the owner) sends a "we are sorry to hear about this" and then the general number to call. As if we haven't all been calling and dealing with these crooks for months trying to solve whatever garbage they've given us for help. Not sure how they live with themselves knowing what frauds they are. ----- AVOID KELLY VOLKSWAGEN AT ALL COSTS. Kelly VW - giving a bad name to car dealers everywhere. These guys are absolute crooks. Convinced us to turn in our leased ID.4 early and 10k under mileage by promising us we wouldn't pay any excess wear and tear charges (why else would we turn in a car early and under mileage??). Then they pulled the bait-and-switch at closing and now we are getting harassed by VW Credit for $2k in charges. The salesperson and managers, after ignoring our calls and emails for months, refuse to acknowledge their responsibility and have left us completely hanging out to dry. AVOID KELLY VOLKSWAGEN AT ALL COSTS. Plenty of other honest dealerships to go to. read more

A review I didn't want to write but its important that others know my experience with my VW warranty and Kelly VW in Danvers MA. I own a business and really do appreciate when my customers with an issue, come to me first. It gives me a chance to correct the problem and if handled correctly, earn a customers future business for a long time to come. I come from a background of having owned new Jettas, Passat's, a certified used CC, used Jetta and a certified pre-owned Audi S5. It is safe to say that I have loved the German brands and their build quality. However, what I have just discovered is that VW (and Kelly VW as their agent in my recent purchase) in my opinion, do not stand behind their warranty. On the last day or two of 2022, I purchased a 2023 VW ID.4. The purchase experience was excellent and I really liked Kelly VWs sales team. And the car Is solid and drives great. The software not so much but hey it's hard to get everything in the EV category. I am a bit of a car nerd so after purchase I looked through the VW online forums and kept up with other ID4 owners online, over the last year and a half. At about 17k miles my steering wheel started to peel a little bit. A quick search through google and/or reddit showed that this is an issue with some ID4s particularly the 2023 models. I have been told the 2022 models used leather, 2023s had fake leather and 2024s switched back to the leather steering wheel. No big deal I thought and brought it in to Kelly VW. At this stage the peeling was minimal but I wanted to get a head of it in case there was an easy fix. Alas, VW of America turned down my warranty claim pretty much saying I did it. Fast forward a month later and the steering wheel is peeling like crazy, I have steering wheel dandruff everywhere when I drive. It's actually embarrassing when there is someone with me in the car. So I bring it back to Kelly VW, get some photos taken and get it escalated to field managers etc.. After 2 months of back and forth, my claim has been denied again. Kelly VW did offer to fix the issue if I paid a $200 "copay". This manufacturing issue is 100% not of my making. To summarize, I did not do this to my $53k/19k miles vehicle, this has never happened on any other auto I have owned, it is a known issue with this model and year and others have had it covered. For me the VW quality of build and the fallback of a decent warranty is why I purchased several VWs. I no longer have confidence in Kelly VW, The VW brand and their "warranty" and will not be buying Audi or VW again in the future. PS the service dept folks at Kelly and the CSA at VW of America were polite, nice people to talk with and were prompt and quick to follow up with me so thank you ! I can't speak to the higher ups that denied my claim. read more

I had a really wonderful experience with this team. they bent over backwards to help us out. 1. We just called up on the phone to verify the car they had in stock was really in stock and it was! We placed a deposit over the phone and there was ZERO dealer markup. Just the window sticker price 2. They honored our Volkswagen Partner program certificate for $500 off 3. They didn't hassle us about extended warranties or any protection on the car 4. While they could not get the interest rate we wanted, they did let me work with outside financing who beat their interest rate...many dealerships won't do outside financing right now so this was GREAT! 5. Very good communication. When our finance rep was going on vacation, he emailed us and put us in touch with another person who was fantastic and updated us every day My bank took 11 days from application approval to giving me a check and Kelly VW was patient the entire time. On the final day, we had taken so many days off work to drive an hour each way to the credit union that we didn't want to drive another 4 hours to and from Kelly VW. No problem, they brought the car to us in New Hampshire and all of the paperwork. We signed everything, gave them a check and off we went. I never set foot inside of the dealership and yet everything went so smoothly. The car arrived shiny, beautiful and in showroom condition. I can't say the same about my bank BUT, Kelly Volkswagen treated us exceptionally well. read more

Kelly refused to do work on my atlas that was under warranty , wanted me to pay an obscene amount out of pocket instead, said it was because they were being audited by VW, which itself is a red flag. I ended up having to drive over 2 hours each way to a different dealership with my 2 toddlers to get the headlight bulbs replaced (which the other dealership did no problem, completely under warranty) and don't bother trying to get in touch with the management or owners, they will never answer your emails or calls. The Kelly Volkswagen service department is both dishonest and lacks any sense of customer service. It starts with their service web site, which doesn't provide important information that you need at the time of service, and goes straight through the service department personnel who are rude, and dishonest, about what they never told us about our service appointment. Their attempts to justify their behavior boxed themselves in between blaming Volkswagen and not knowing the process to set up an appointment on their own web site. After having purchased two cars at Kelly, we certainly won't be buying a third From them. We'll find a dealership with much better customer service. And here is why you should never go to Kelly Volkswagen: I got a call from the service manager. He said who he was and asked angrily if I was the one who left a negative review for Kelly. I asked him if the first question he should actually be asking me was how my experience was with his service department. He then said he listed in on my call but them proved he could not have because he did not acknowledge what I had been asking about and the issues I was raising. He also said the web site was incapable of handling requests for recalls, but the web site does not let the customer know what. He also was incorrect about what the form letter from Volkswagen said. After all this, he angrily told me that I was never welcome to take my car to Kelly ever again--because of my negative review. So, instead of trying to help sort this out, he told me to never visit a Kelly dealership again. Great customer service! read more

I have a 2 year old Volkswagen Atlas my check engine came on last week made an appointment to have it checked for a Saturday, when I called to see if I could bring it earlier they said I had to drop off at 8 AM and they would have to keep it for at least the day. The new appointment was now the following Tuesday. Dropped off and now they have to order a part which is going to take two days to come in. When I picked my car up I asked the gentleman that was in service if I was scheduled for the repair for Thursday he couldn't tell me, he also said if I wasn't scheduled they had no appointments until the following week. I called Wednesday morning to check with service to see if I'm scheduled and apparently the only person in the whole company that knows anything about my car is off until Thursday. I have a vacation planned for next week and this car was included in that. This is unacceptable to me that only one person can answer a question and they really don't care. read more

I will never go back here. We took our car in for a routine fix. Regrettably, a few days later, when we called to get information on our vehicle, it was then that we were told that their systems had been hacked and they weren't able to fix our car until it was fixed. We did think it was annoying that we had to call them. Fast forward a week and a half later...they still have our car, have NOT contacted us to keep us apprised of the situation, and the only way we get any information is by tracking them down. When we go to pick up the not fixed vehicle, the service department didn't know what car it was, couldn't find the keys or paperwork, and the rep who finally came out did not address me....only my husband...and made some half hearted apology (not for keeping the car for so long without contacting us) but for the mess of their system hack. He then made an insanely inappropriate remark/joke that if we called back a week or so later to see whether their systems were up and running and they weren't, he'd hang himself from the dealerships rafters. We were so taken aback by that comment that even despite the enormously bad job they did at communicating, we decided right then and there that anyone who feels it's appropriate to make a comment like that was never going to see our business again. Again, I will never go there again. read more

Before you read my review, or anyone else's - go look up all their dealerships. There's 2 Kelly Nissan dealerships, a Kelly Ford dealership, a Kelly Jeep-Chrysler dealership, and a Kelly Honda dealership. ONLY ONE HAS AT LEAST 3 STARS. This company is a giant scam. First off, I called VW corporate, and they essentially told me that whenever this place says that they are a "top rated dealership" or that their mechanics are "top rated by VW", it's complete nonsense. The only ratings are internal and not audited by VW, so they're most likely not real. I also did not receive any survey so I'd be led to believe they don't send surveys to upset customers, and therefore do not receive negative feedback. Seems like I'm not the only one disappointed. I will say that before posting this review I had extensive sessions with Nick, the service manager, who I'm thinking was probably in a tough spot. Hate to post this review but I feel as if my concerns were completely brushed aside. Two and a half weeks ago, I called Kelly VW for regular service on my timing belt. I had just bought a used car and felt it should be replaced because the car was just over the 100k miles. I scheduled the appointment for a week out. On the arranged day (Wednesday), I brought my car in, and as is normal, they said it would take about 6-12 hours for the car to be ready - at the very latest Thursday morning. Wednesday night I get a call (uh oh) from Rachel saying that they didn't have all the parts for the job...which I ordered a week in advance. I had made it very clear that I needed my car for work, due to insurance reasons. She kept insisting that I should be happy with the crappy loaner that had someone else's lotion in it. I was not happy, but she promised it would be done by Thursday night. Thursday night rolls around and Rachel is texting me telling me that it's going to have to be Friday morning because the mechanic didn't know how to do this specific timing belt. Friday rolls around and they tell me Monday. I'm now missing 5 days of work. I even had to ask for an apology. Rachel said sorry, then threw in a massive "but" and continued to blame the situation on me. When I went on Monday to see the Service Manager named Nick, it was even more disappointing. First off, he drives a Mercedes (pic included), so you know he just loves VWs. Second, he tried to insist that the man who had done my timing belt was one of the best mechanics in the country, but that it took 15 hours for him to replace a timing belt. He took 100 bucks off. For shame. Come to find out, after I left, the free "wash" they gave me was probably just them spraying my car with a hose. Look at all the water spots. I will never come here again. If you need any help writing a demand notice or getting your money back, please contact me. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A REPAIR, SEND A 30 DAY DEMAND NOTICE CITING MA 940 CMR 5.05 I'd like to make clear that if they do respond here, it will be to say that they didn't have the one time bolts that they needed to fix my car. Again, I made my appointment a week in advance, so it's just nonsense spin. read more

Kelly VW service department lacks technical expertise to fix VW and ripped my family off $1000. They failed to diagnose that the timing chain was off and the engine was destroyed beyond repair. Kelly performed an unnecessary part replacement of a fuel pump. They charged us over 1000 to replace a part on an engine that was destroyed by a mechanical failure. Why did they not diagnose the mechanical failure? Throwing parts at a problem is an amateur move. I did not expect amateur services from Kelly. So disappointed. Our local mechanic diagnosed the fuel pump was having issues but did not need to be replaced until he understood the problem. Maybe the detroyed egnie was the issue and not the gooddam fuel pump. Our mechanic went on vacation, so we had it towed to the dealer. Jesus Christ was this a mistake. Kelly said we needed a high pressure fuel pump. We did not expect to pay over $1000 for a part only to be informed the engine that would require an additional 13 thousand dollars in repairs. The service manager stood by his teams work stating things are "cut and dry" and we must pay before we get the car towed to the junkyard. On what planet is this cut and dry. Can you imagine ripping people off for a living? What a scumbag. What a low life. Pure trash. The engine was destroyed.... we paid 125 for an evaluation. A very poor job was done. As part of the $125 evaluation the mechanic should be able to identify the engine was destroyed and needs 13 thousand dollars in repairs. Seems pretty cut and dry to me we were ripped off. Sales are down, so they rip people off. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Covid has hurt the car industry. Car sales are down as inventory is low. Its sad that a brand like Kelly has turned to shit and resorted to scamming people out of their hard-earned money. read more

Worse Than That Experience is they showed my to my car, parked directly in front of their Courtesy Vehicle, which has the exact same tint. Kelly has offended, disappointed , and finally lost every opportunity to earn my trust and future business. From oversights, to complete absence of the CSE I purchased a high end vehicle by VW standards, as well as a very expensive bumper to bumper warranty 120,000 mile, now getting a great experience is luck of draw. In latest iteration I scheduled factory recommended 60k as well as a recall, safety inspection and windshield replacement, all of which were items offered on the service request form online, additionally I left my name and number in the special notes section, regarding the windshield especially (requires factory calibration due to lane assist) scheduled service several weeks out... upon arrival 7am monday morning was told they do not replace windshields.. never recieved a call, or issue, and again, this service is available through the self scheduling tool on the website. Now I'm routinely let down. First year was 5 stars. ******* ******* Post 2021 Covid Era Update, 140k miles (20k miles out of factory extended bumper to bumper warranty I purchased from dealership) Finally at the end of the warranty, service has been hit or miss since 60k miles. My commute over last year has been extended due to covid so racked up miles especially over past year. Boston to NH avg 200 miles per day. I was approached by the dealership where I had the dealership perform 100% of the maintenance they recommended since the vehicle purchase. From tires, filters, oil, haldex, coolant flushed, entirety of brakes transmission, etc over 6500 in maintenance not covered, never a peep from me, I drive alot, I can't complain, I also have the vehicle detailed professionally 2x a year, and had a ceramic coating applied (2k) while in for an oils change they asked about evaluating the vehicle for trade, I said sure im already here. Their team looked at vehicle while in shop and came out to offer me $19k for my 18 SEL in trade on new SEL Premium. And payment would be exactly same.. (BUT GIVING ME $9K LESS THAN BOOK ON MY NEAR MINT 18 ATLAS THAT THEY HAVE EXCLUSIVELY WORKED ON SINCE DAY 1) Just based on mileage as far as I could tell. So asking me to trade in a vehicle that they value as me being underwater on by $9,000.00 And financing another Atlas for $65,000 On a vehicle worth $54,000... Had they offered a fair trade, say book $26-$30k they'd have had a deal, but low balling me on their own near mint vehicle they serviced since day 1 by $9k and asking me to add that $9k on top of their new $54k Atlas was a joke.. They wanted to distract me with the same payment (~$900) but financing a new Atlas at $65000... Just want to share my experience, I've been a customer of the Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers for the past eight years. I have purchased two vehicles from them. The first seven years I can't complain about the service at Volkswagen, brought my vehicle to the dealership to get service. Never had any issues. But in the past year, I've had two issues with my vehicle. Customer service has gone down hill and not acceptable. My first bad experience in the last year was while I was waiting outside for my vehicle. The employee driving the vehicle to the front hit another car with mine when backing up into a space at the front of the dealership. I was lucky to have been sitting in the outside sitting area because I saw the whole thing happen. They put me in a rental car so they can keep my vehicle to repair the bumper. When I went back the next day to pick my car up they didn't fix the damage. They ended up keeping my car again, and fixed the bumper. This past time at Kelly Volkswagen was this past week for a tire repair. I had a warranty so everything was covered. The problem I had was the completely destroyed my rim. It is scratched in multiple locations. Looks like the must have put it down on the ground and moved it around. read more

Made an appointment for this past Saturday for what seemed like an unnecessary oil change. Our car is leased and only has 2,000 miles on it. But since we are new car owners we brought it to the dealer anyway to get advice. I am most definitely going to be looking for another service provider because the people that I encountered on Saturday were the RUDEST CONDESCENDING people I have ever encountered from the minute that we stepped foot in the dealership. I was not sure how the system of dropping my car off worked since it was our first time there so I walked into the showroom to ask for help. The receptionist was RUDE and didn't even look up at me. She said go see the people at the service area which I didn't know where it was and apparently neither did she since she couldn't be bothered directing me there. Our service provider on my confirmation was David Poirier so I approached his office and desk where he was not with a client so I politely interrupted and asked if he could help direct me. Instead of asking me to wait one minute or have a seat and someone will be right with you he basically barked at us "I am unavailable now so go wait for someone else" and when I proceeded to stand around the service office area he angrily told us to go sit and wait somewhere else. Finally Rachel noticed us standing around and offered help to direct me to pull the car into the garage. When I brought the keys to the tech in the garage he didn't even take my name and told me to leave my keys in the car. NOT really comfortable doing that since you don't even know who the car belongs to. Is there not a check in process??? When we asked Rachel to help us decide if we needed the oil change since it had not been 10,000 miles yet she just shrugged her shoulders and offered no help besides saying that it's up to us. We come to the supposed experts here to get guidance and advice and they are basically useless. If we need unnecessary appointments and use our agreed two services OF COURSE she wants to make your business money by forcing to have a third when it probably is not necessary since we do not drive much. When they gave us the car back I noticed one of the caps on the tire air valves was missing. So I went back into the showroom. I asked the receptionist as I thought that would be the quickest and again she couldn't even be bothered looking up at me and told me to go ask the techs in the garage. Then I noticed again that David was not with a customer and he rudely again told me to get Rachel. So I stood there to wait for her and again he barked orders at me to go sit down and she would be back. While I am waiting for her another customer comes along and David goes out of his way to help them. Guess he wasn't that busy after all. So I went out to the garage myself and ask the tech and he refuses to help me unless I give him the paperwork because apparently I am trying to scam them out of a 25cent plastic piece. It was there when I gave you the car and now it's not!! David came out to the garage and rudely asks me why I am bothering them because apparently he is "just going to get the cap for me". After he told me to go away and stop bothering him. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was rude and unhelpful from the minute I walked into the dealership. What does it take to say to someone yes one minute or make eye contact. Or yes let me take the two seconds that I could have stopped what I was doing to quickly get the valve cap for you. When I was standing there in the showroom waiting for help multiple sales people passed by who were without a customer and didn't even bother to say anything. Will definitely be finding a new location for my next service and my next VW where hopefully people know how treat a customer to make them a repeat customer for life. read more

Today I went in to Kelly VW to try once again to see how their service dept could handle my low tire presser light. As expected, from past experiences there, it wasn't good. I was asked if I had an appointment, no I said the light went on yesterday and I just need air and the light turned off. I was told there was an hour wait. While there were 2 service agents at desks and 1 standing doing nothing. I could not wait an hour as having had surgery a week ago, it was an impossible wait, he said I could go to a gas station, I told him I don't trust them and I would still need VW to shut the light on the dash off. I said I would go to Medford to Colonial VW. I went back to my vehicle and was looking up a number to call and the service tech got up from his desk, walked out to the service bay area and manually had the door open so I would hurry up and leave. I did go to Colonial, and it just reminds me why I drive so far away to be taken very good care of and respected by their advisors, mechanics and staff. I explained the low tire pressure warning and the advisor, took my car, filled 4 tires, checked for nail/screws and shut the light on the dash off all within less than 10 minutes!! Once again big disappointment at KELLY VW in Peabody and still HIGHLY recommend Colonial VW in Medford!! read more

I wish I could give a negative star! Took my Q50 (which I purchased from Kelly Infiniti) to their body shop. This was the second time I brought it there. I get it...stuff happens, but there is no excuse for not retuning calls. I asked to speak to the body shop manager, and they said it was Eric Cole. He is the one I had reached out to numerous times. The fish rots from the head down and this explains a lot. I even contacted Kelly Infiniti for help, but no luck. Absolutely terrible customer service. No one seems to communicate in the office such that every time you speak to someone different they tell you something different. No one takes ownership for the miscommunication or bad service. You'd think leasing a car through them you'd get a bit more respect and attention when you bring it to them for service or assessments, but they have been terrible to work with. I've been a longtime VW owner and they have made it such that I will not be buying a VW again. Very unfortunate. read more

He transferred me back to the receptionist who said she'd have to take a message. She said they were busy and it might take a day for them to get back to me, which I said was fine. It's now been nearly a week and they never bothered to return my call. Fortunately, I got a very fair offer from another VW dealership for them to "buy" the car from my dad and we took it. Honestly they fixed what they need to fix but they charge too much money for it. When it comes to electronics on a Volkswagen almost no one else will touch it and I couldn't find anyone else in the area who would so they were my only option soooo they fixed our car in a day. I was pretty upset that they tried to tell us that we needed things fixed that were just fixed elsewhere or new within the last three months but I'm pretty sure that's just how they get you. Also I found after that They include a wash and a vacuum of your car complementary if you get work done and they said my car did not qualify because my brakes were unsafe. I'm not sure how my brakes affect the outside of my car being washed but alas also my brakes are not unsafe and they have been checked by my regular mechanic already. read more

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!!!!! The mechanics have no clue what they are doing. We brought our 2017 Tiguan in that wasn't running and we were told that in order to run diagnostics they needed to put in a new fuel pump at a cost of $1300. Once the fuel pump was in they told us the engine was shot because of an over stretched timing belt. We needed to buy a new car. I have been told my numerous mechanics that the timing belt issue should have been discovered without the new fuel pump. We were forced to pay the $1300 on a fuel pump for a car that was totaled. I asked them to take it out and I'd pay for labor but I was told no. THANKS FOR STEALING FROM US! Cut rate repairs at best. Go to a local mechanic. read more

Kelly is by far the worst owner/operator of dealerships on the North Shore. The only redeeming part of this operation is the body shop in back. I've waited weeks for a timing belt. My car has been under recall since September and smells of fuel when started, but they've requested I pay a 145$ diagnostic fee Multiple times, the service department (specifically Rachel) has insisted I needed service; however, when I bring my car to the Medford dealership they tell me there's no way I would need service. I have spoken personally to Brian Kelly. He reminds me of that guy in high school that's the kind of the dumb jocks. I'm guessing he inherited his business and/or money. Stay away, just go to Medford or Lawrence where they're honest. read more

This dealership has sold us two cars in less than a year and I understand why we continue to purchase from Kelly VW. Deals are usually fair and nothing is hidden in negotiations. Even after purchasing they take care of you. My car malfunctioned and I needed a quick repair, the team at Kelly moved things around without an appointment and took me in. You guys are great. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD. I leased a 2019 VW Jetta from here back in July of 2018. Ever since then, it's been problem after problem with a BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Between engine lights THAT THE SERVICE representatives just shut off and pushed to the side, multiple keys broken, never once fixed the issue, returning the car with items stolen, and the lack of customer service skills that they have this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not give out loaner cars to customers, there is always a huge wait to be put into a loaner car, and they never help with rentals. They are extremely unprofessional, very ignorant and completely ill-mannered. They let people who spend THOUSANDS of dollars drive around in unsafe vehicles that they repeatedly disregard. The service representatives all have awful attitudes. They treat their job like it is DREADFUL to talk to their worried and anxious customers. Kelly Volkswagen is completely carefree and disregards any and every issue brought to them. They refuse to help out with roadside assistance provided by them through the lease, under warranty. After working with them for 2+ years, and many issues, the only thing they are able to provide is a "sorry". At the end of the day, I did not want a sorry, but a fixed vehicle. They do not explain the issues with the vehicles, and are not informative to their customers. Multiple times that I have made appointments, they did not have the parts available. The point of an appointment, is to save time. Instead I had to take multiple days off of work, and multiple Uber rides to get there with no work done on my vehicle. When calling to check on the vehicle, multiple attempts to reach, they had not even started working on my vehicle. Still leaving me with no form of transportation. At this point, I have let everyone I know, family, friends, co-workers, etc to know to NEVER shop from Kelly Volkswagen. Not once in over 2 years, have I received a survey to take, so I believe that Kelly Volkswagen does not send surveys to upset customers, so that they do not receive negative feedback. Said, is the only manager who seems genuinely interested with the issue, and apologizes with care and concern. However, every other staff I have encountered has been nothing but unapologetic and disrespectful. read more

I called Kelly after a poor experience at the "other" nearby VW dealership to find out if they could do better with pricing for a new Atlas. Not only did they do better price wise, but they got me the exact price I asked them for, the exact amount I asked for my trade, and without any hassle or game playing whatsoever, which I was told would be "impossible" by the other dealership. I worked with Anthony D, who was friendly, personable, and empathetic to my prior experience. Brian M was also very attentive and helpful when I called initially and assured me that they'd be able to help, which they followed through on, down to the dollar. Easiest sales experience I've ever had, hands down! read more

The number 1 reason I am giving a 5-star to VW Kelly is because of Fred from the Services Dept. He's excellent. Easy to talk to. Gets things done. Cuts straight to the chest. Less talk and just getting the work done. An incredible gentleman. People like Fred make any business great. Kudos to VW Kelly for having him and retaining him. Last but not least, I have always had pleasant experience chatting with the owner -- Said. Overall, it's a good team there. read more
