They require employers to pay for onsite Cinder managers to supervise the temps instead of allowing our managers to supervise, which is really detrimental to our operations. Melinda Majors, the VP of People Services, is incredibly rude in her business communications. Why does she think employers will continue to hire Cinder temps when she attacks and belittles them? Employers seeking an agency partner, beware. Better to partner with Robert Half, Volt, or one of the other staffing agencies in our city.
