CONTINUED From part one. This is part 2:
Summary: On Thursday, November 17, 2022, I contacted Ms. Mashelle Winters, job coach at Worksource Tigard Office #268 and have not received a response regarding the following. I must post my Complaint to Yelp because there are no managing officers listed on the Worksource Oregon website.
On 11/17/2022 I emailed Ms. Winters regarding the following disappointments with the services at the Worksource Tigard field office #287, 11950 SW Garden Pl. Suite 100, Tigard, OR 97223:
Dear Mashelle Winters, Tigard, Business and employment specialist, State of Oregon:
NEW SECTION:
4. Thank you Eman Abbas (I switched from Eman Abbas to Mashelle Winter after the fiasco, as described in the points below) for telling me there are very few positions in Technical Writing, that they are hard to get and that they do not pay well. All this was said to me during my initial online meeting in 2022, and while you had a shadow employee on the line for training (who is also an immigrant of your same culture and language).
Thanks for mis-spelling your educated advice into the online form that you used.
5. Eman Abbas, I also want to thank you for your faulty advice that my new DELL laptop computer (that was recently gifted to me by WORKSOURCE) was not working on the day I was on WORKSOURCE office at your location because I had not yet purchased a WIFI MODEM/Hotspot, nor (Tigard, Garden Street). At that time, you were working the Reception desk and came to assist me as I was sitting at the cubicle closest to you. As the office Career Computer Expert, you falsely told me that the laptop was not working without a separate wifi/modem, whereas it could have simply worked on the office WIFI. As a matter of fact, when I used the correct password, it suddenly worked. Thanks again for wasting my time. Karma will work for you. I didn't intend to discuss this with Maschelle but when the subject came up, she told me that this conclusion was wrong.
5A. Thank you Eman for not wanting Mashelle to give me a bag of useful items that she kindly initiated to gift me from the office resources. You personally may have wanted or perhaps needed a gift like this, when you were "poor" and still living in Kuwait. Thank you for treating Americans likewise, LOL.
6. Lastly Eman, I thank you for picking up the phone at the Tigard office main incoming line, 14 minutes before 5 o'clock, pretending that you could not hear me and then immediately clicking to hang up on me. I so much appreciate your wonderful help like this on so many occasions. Please tell me if that was how you did business in your old country of Kuwait or with your previous jobs here in the United States (Portland Community College, Sylvania Campus).
Eman is also a proud recipient (of a house) from the Habitat for Humanity program in Hillsboro, Oregon, according to her public speech in the link below.

Please note that the two personnel listed above are state employees who probably draw a generous salary on taxpayer resources while non-government workers don't earn quite as much.
I suggest that interested citizens look into this vast sinkhole of public funds (as is the case with most of Oregon,s public offices like: MediCaid, ObamaCare, the new MediCaid website touted by many Oregon employees as a longterm "glitch," homelessness mis-management, crime growth and other serious outcomes of government corruption on all levels.
Dear Reader, Thanks for your interest, and hopefully we will develop solutions to this growing problem that is impossible to cope with. Please have some great holidays and respond via Yelp!
Very Sincerely Yours,
