A Staffing Agency That Truly Cares About the People They Represent…read more I have had a professional relationship with Staffing Solutions, LLC, and specifically with Nicholas Martin (Nick), the owner, for approximately 18 months as a candidate seeking employment. While my candidacy ultimately did not result in permanent full-time employment, my experience with Nick and his Account Executive, Karin Challis, has been exceptionally positive. What has stood out to me most is the way they treat you as a person. Throughout my time working with them, I was consistently treated as a priority--with genuine respect, consideration, and compassion. Nick and Karin made a sincere effort to understand my experience, goals, and what I was looking for in my next opportunity. They put me forward for quality positions and interviews where they believed I could be a good fit, rather than simply sending my résumé out indiscriminately. Both Nick and Karin have always been accessible, responsive, personable, and professional. They listen carefully, communicate clearly, pay attention to details, and follow through. But beyond those important qualities, they bring something that I have found surprisingly rare in the staffing industry: a genuinely human touch. When you work with Nick and Karin, you don't feel like you're simply another candidate in a system. You feel like you're working with people who actually care about what happens to you. At times, it genuinely feels like you have friends in your corner who want to see you succeed. That matters even more in today's employment market. The job market is difficult, competitive, and often discouraging, and I have seen firsthand how challenging it can be for both candidates and employers. Through all of that, Nick and Karin have continued to approach their work with a positive attitude, persistence, and genuine concern for the people they serve. Even when an opportunity doesn't work out, they don't make you feel forgotten. For a candidate, that kind of relationship is invaluable. You want someone representing you who will listen, understand your circumstances, communicate with you, and advocate for you. For an employer, I believe those same qualities make Staffing Solutions an excellent partner--because people who take the time to understand candidates are much better positioned to make thoughtful, quality matches. I would gladly recommend Staffing Solutions, LLC to both job seekers and employers. Their professionalism is excellent, but their greatest strength is the personal investment they make in the people they work with. In my experience, Nick and Karin don't just provide staffing services. They build relationships, and they genuinely care about the people behind the résumé. That is what sets them apart.

I cannot recommend Staffing Solutions highly enough. From the very first interaction, their team…read moredemonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping candidates and employers succeed.

Throughout the process, Kelsey's knowledge of the legal market and of individual firms proved invaluable. Beyond the outstanding results, Kelsey is professional, intelligent, communicative, organized, thoroughly prepared, and a pleasure to work with at every stage. During our time working together, Kelsey refined my résumé, provided thoughtful insight and advice about the firms I was considering, coached me for interviews, and supported me through salary negotiations. What is often a stressful and overwhelming experience felt far more manageable with her guidance. Working with Kelsey has been one of the most impactful decisions I've made in pursuing my next role. I'd give zero if I could. First, the founder/owner left her desk at the time we agreed on for me to…read morecall her and I was on hold; then she proceeded to ask me why I didn't have a higher GPA in college (mine was above a 3.0), and then found it appropriate to correct my (correct) language...over the phone. She actually laughed at me when I said the average amount of hours worked in society (I said 40) within the conversation and corrected me again. The manner in which she asked, "why haven't you been able to find a job?" was so demeaning, I'm not sure why I agreed to meet in person the next day; I did in the hopes she'd be able to help me out. So I went in the next day to meet with her and she was not in the office, she was outside walking her dog (not something I'd usually be irritated by, but after the day before it rubbed me the wrong way). There was no one else in the office and a woman named Nicole who came to the front desk got incredibly defensive when I asked how long it usually takes her to come back; I was uncomfortable from the start. Had she spoken like an adult, things may have unfolded a little differently. I waited a few minutes and decided to leave because had I been late, no doubt that'd had been considered unprofessional, as I had another appointment afterward. Nicole gave me a nasty retort about the amount of time I'd have been there "anyway" with an unprofessional attitude, I felt like I was in high school again. When I ran into Vaughna (owner) in the hallway and let her know I was on my way out, she copped an attitude immediately and tried to make me feel guilty about her dog and proceeded to send me a passive-aggressive email afterward. Never have I felt so inconsequential. Terrible customer service. There's probably a good reason why their office was completely empty-people don't appreciate being treated rudely by "professionals" having no respect for others' time. Do yourself a favor-especially if you're young looking-because these people won't take you seriously-don't waste your time.

Im guessing she didnt like that I was correct on this because when we asked to try one more time to use them, she explicitly told me that she is good with giving second chances. They even mention a client within the private sector that I would be perfect for. During this time, they didn't make me fill out paperwork, which was odd. And given the fact that they had a one day temp position that week, but told me I could go to their Tigard office to fill things out. I declined that offer, but kept in contact. My first contact left so I was placed with another. This is after sending them emails and getting no reply, mind you. I'm desperate to start working and they tell me of two positions starting on a Monday. It's Friday morning and she promises to get back to me at the end of the day. I didn't hear from her, even though I called and left her messages. The final straw came this week when I asked for a follow up on another job. She had reached out to me and sent me the test writing skill, which I compleated and sent back immediately. I then find out from her that the company passed on me, she knew since last Thursday, so if I hadn't reached out, I never would've known. I'm done with Motus and their dismal lack of communication and all the time I wasted with them. Stay far far away!

First off, Adrienne was one of their most delightful and easy to work work recruiters. After she…read morewas let go or quit, trying to get placed for a job is equivalent to finding a needle in a haystack. Karriann Gillis is the absolute worst! I call in and email frequently to see if they have jobs available, only to have their administrative assistant, Megan, email me, not the recruiter I'm assigned to, to scold me for doing so. How unprofessional is that!!?? Instead of returning my calls, reaching out to me for possible assignments or following up with me, I have gotten directly ignored by the staff there. They instead say, go look for jobs elsewhere or give the recruiters time to reach back out to you. I waited almost 90 days for Kariann to reach out to me. The worst thing is, as a job seeker with a wide range of skills, it is bothersome that you are subject to being scolded or blackballed just because of your persistence in looking for work. The turn-around of their recruiters was done in such an unprofessional manner that once Adrienne left, I didn't even get a heads up I had a new recruiter! The recruiter I was assigned to has yet to even consider me for any positions. I don't know if that's how they treat "ALL PEOPLE" but that has been my experience and it is a shit show to get them to work for you on your behalf.
