Truly concierge service. Literally, working with Coor Cohen and associates is having a "life…read moreconcierge" for anything and everything you could need. Anytime. Expectations ALWAYS exceeded with respect to timeliness of response, quality of work delivered, exquisite attention to detail, discretion, and most importantly the professionalism and just plain friendliness that my service requests are met with. As an Emergency Physician, my schedule is infinitely random (difficult to schedule around in an "every other Tuesday" or "every Saturday morning" kind of way) and during my workday/night/early hours of the morning the work is a labor of love but also all-consuming and often leaves me completely spent when I get home. Point being, short on time and energy when not at work, and I wanted to spend that time and energy with my wife and enjoying life, not navigating tele prompt menus over the telephone to arrange appointments and services or completing forms and filing paperwork. Even more, I needed to "supercharge" my day-to-day efficiency. (Ever find yourself wanting for a second 'you' to slash through red tape and tasks? This is your answer. Cloning is not yet all hammered-out and perfected, plus all the ethical issues... get a Personal Assistant!) It was actually my wife who found Badass PA of Portland and suggested I contract their service to, among other things but importantly, help me schedule time together, help me to plan surprise dates, getaways, adventures, etc. and to do this, helping me to manage my non-work schedule such as booking appointments, assisting with clerical tasks, running errands, finding other contractors to complete work at home... Coor's protection of and advocacy on behalf of her clients in dealing with difficult people is second to none. I plan to send her in to the dealership as my "negotiator" next time I need to buy a car- that good. Coor also scheduled an appointment WITH my wife to get to know who she is, what she likes, her dietary preferences and needs, dress size, clothing and jewelry sizes, fashion, restaurant, hotel preferences, preferred local boutiques, you name it- just so that she can help me behind the scenes in restoring myself as the romantic man-of-the-world she fell in love with and married! Badass PA of Portland is EXQUISITELY sensitive of privacy and protecting your identity, financial information, personal information, and will NEVER require any information from you that you are not comfortable sharing. That said, over time after earning my COMPLETE trust, I have entrusted them with pretty much all of the personal information I would not entrust to anyone other than my family, my bank, my realtor, my insurance company etc. and couldn't feel more resolutely confident in them. Most importantly, you might be thinking "that sounds like something that must be nice, if you're rich!" SO NOT TRUE! Check out their membership prices and rates. Buy yourself a basic membership with even 2 HOURS of service/month and you won't believe how much they can do for you in 2 hours total service time that month, most of which can be done remotely. CALL BADASS PA TODAY. You're obviously interested if you read this, and they are your new secret weapon. Love this service!

Coor and Nic cared a lot about doing a job they could be proud of *and* one that would meet our expectations. Coor not only oversaw and handled details beautifully, but also masterminded the project and made sure that the big picture went smoothly. It was a 2 day project, and we really appreciated that they took the time to tidy up the space at the end of each shift. I'd use their services again and recommend them to my colleagues (we're two busy professionals, and having this work "made easy" is a relief). Thanks, Coor and Team!

This is the worst employment service I've dealt with. Many years ago, their Orlando branch was the…read moreplace that I obtained a long-term job through, for a company that I worked at for 8 years. I had high hopes for Apple One this time in Portland, but right from the start, I realized this wasn't the same place as before. First of all, on their site, they state that their office is in downtown Portland, but the reality is that they no longer have a physical office in Portland. Apparently they all work from home. I called them and spoke to one of their people. He seemed excited to talk to me and he scheduled a virtual meeting for the next day. The next day, that meeting never happened, so I called him back. He was confused about it at first, then after doing some "research" told me another person was going to call me back and do a pre-interview screening on the phone. That person never called me back. I kept calling them and asking what was going on and all I got was the run-around. The person who was supposed to pre-screen me never called or replied to my email. They literally ghosted me. So, it is really obvious why I have such a low opinion of this company now. I've since obtained a really great job, without the use of any employment agency and I feel like they missed out by not working with me, for whatever reason.

In short, this place is pathetic.

I got her telephone number from my podiatrist. Apparently, there are working with her on a trial basis. I had bought insoles from my doctor cash. I had to return them and had an okay to do so as well at time of purchase. When I came into the office to return them, I was told that their new payroll department had to pay me back with a check. It would take two weeks. I don't want to be a whiner, but that seemed excessive after I had paid in cash. Anyway, I agreed. Two weeks came and no check. I waited longer, still no check. I got Krista's number from my doctor's office and called her. She said she mailed out the check. I told her that. I had actually gone to my doctors office and they paid me out the cash already, but my problem now was that I had such low funds in my bank that I got an overdraft, because I had counted on getting that check. We are a family living on extremely low income. When Cancer is involved in the family, it makes it all the more difficult. Krista at one point suggested I keep the check to pay the overdraft, then in the same sentence she said it would be a blessing in disguise, but I probably would need to pay it back. Then she went on to lecture me about how I should manage my money and not have overdrafts! Wow! And here is the best part...... The check never came. So sad. So my advice is please don't lecture people especially when you can't do your job.
