However, on two separate occasions, the machine accepted all my coins--$1.75 the first time, $2.25 the second because I was trying to get it to work--but the light never lit and the sprayer never sprayed. There is a number to call to report problems. If you call it, it goes to voicemail and asks you to give your name, the location of the car wash, a description of the problem and your phone number. I gave the information both times and was flat out ignored both times. I never received a call from them. If you are a gambler, and if this car wash is convenient, go for it. But if you think you will get a refund if, no, when the machine eats your money, I'm here to tell you that you are mistaken.
