I went in for a cleaning. "Dr." Blair told me I needed two new crowns. I was leaving in a week out of the country for a long work trip. She said I had to have it done because they could break at any moment. I was stopping in New York City first and decided to go to my boss's dentist there. He is a major NYC dentist who treats everyone in film/tv. I went in thinking I was going to have to have the crowns done. He came in with the X-rays and asked if I drank coffee & red wine. I said yes. He said the "cracks" were lines from years of dark colored beverages. He then said, "It's one of two scenarios. Either this dentist in Fort Worth really thinks you have cracks. Or she's trying to get you to spend thousands of dollars you don't need to. I don't know which scenario is worse. Never go back there. Your teeth are fine. Get out of here and have a good trip." It's been very difficult to find a dentist in Fort Worth who's not all about the "sell." Worse than a car salesman. So I make the drive to Dallas because an honest doctor is worth everything! read more

When I was seeing Dr. Conditt for my dental work I loved this office however it's taken a down turn in quality. I've had to have the same veneer replaced three times in the past three years since Dr. Conditt has left. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the veneer or the work of Dr. Blair. I just know that it's aggravating that one veneer keeps breaking when I have three others that remain perfectly solid. read more

expects you to pay your bill when service is done! Yet doesn't think she needs to pay her lab bill. I should list names of patients that paid for cases and she never paid their bill. Maybe they should ask for a refund. Anyone who slacks their bills for products sold in their practice is scum! read more

Dr. Conditt is fantastic. I just moved to Fort Worth recently and needed a new dentist. I chose him because I have had a lot of dental work done in the past and I wanted to make sure that I went to someone that I trust. His experience combined with his invested interest in personal care ensured that he was someone I can trust to take care of my dental health. When I needed to get some fillings done, he thoroughly walked me through the procedure and even called after the appointment was over to follow up. I am also going to respond to the one star review below. Dr. Conditt is out of network, so I understand the sticker shock when you hear about the price. I have out-of-network coverage, so I will be reimbursed by my insurance, but if you don't have the insurance to cover the cost, then I understand feeling pressure to commit. But I personally find the comment, "There must be a reason they are so desperate for business" inaccurate because I believe it is the opposite... According to his bio, Dr. Conditt attended and instructed at some of the best Dental Programs in the country. Obviously he knows what he is doing. And they are confident enough in his care that they don't need to settle for in-network prices because his reputation stands alone. So, in sum, and as I mentioned before, if you are shopping for a cheap dentist, don't come here. Their office is out of network, so the prices are a little high, but I fully believe that the level of care makes up for the difference in cost. If you are looking for a dentist based on price, I suggest you look elsewhere, but if you want to find a dentist who is going to take care of you, Dr. Conditt is an excellent choice. read more

It's never easy going to the dentist but walking into Dr.Blair's office and being greeted by Stephanie first thing, I knew it was going to be a wonderful office! When I got called back and was seated by Kaitlyn who was a shining light and took time to explain everything that she was going to do. Devastated. no humanity. I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and fix a visible hole in my tooth. After an hour of "diagnostics" and $265 I needed to come back another day to get a cleaning and fix the tooth. I feel scammed I am so shocked and now can't afford to fix the tooth. I was very clear on the phone I needed time to do all the things because I love so far away, and they still scheduled less than an hour to do tests to tell me what I knew. Total scam. Go somewhere where they have a soul. I'm crushed. And my tooth still hurts. read more

Dr. Blair and her team are amazing. They are all so friendly. From the time you walk in to the time you leave you feel like part of the family not just a patient. They have tv's in the ceiling while you are getting work done and best of all they have a coffee bar with coffee, water, sodas, snacks and alcohol (no joke). A very warm and friendly atmosphere, Dr. Blair has done a very good job of removing the usual sterile hospital and doc-in-the-box feel that most dentist offices have. In my short experience with this office and staff, they make it almost FUN to visit the dentist. They make it a pleasant, personal experience and treat you as a real person instead of a cow being shunted through the gates. Careless sub-par work. During a long reconstructive process MUCH not explained. Multiple attempts to correct "crooked" NEW crowns with pressure to accept. Tricks & deception used to "sign-off" including signing acceptance forms while under sedation. Staining already lab set crowns and staining WASHED off. NO RESPONCE. My experience with this practice was terrible. I would not recommend anyone there. I went in for a TMJ consult and wasted $350. After my consult the patient coordinator tried to pressure me into spending $7,000.00 on treatment. I said I was going to speak with my husband that night and discuss and get back with her and she stated I needed to go ahead and call him right then and there. ( This went on for several minutes) Worst of all after deciding I was not ever going back, their office has been calling me for three weeks straight multiple times a week. First they call from their office number then they turn right back around and call from a blocked call never leaving a message once. It literally feels like what someone who is trying to sell you a car would do. I'm not sure if these selling tactics are instructed by the doctor or if the patient coordinator came up with this terrible strategy on her own but either way don't waste your time and money. There must be a reason they are so desperate for business. Never in my life have I experienced something so unprofessional especially with a dentist office. Beware!! read more
