So 1 out of every 5 haircuts I get a decent one in Sutton, went there today because there's usually…read morenot much of a wait, I get there every time around 9:00am sharp (when they open) today I pulled up at 8:59 and waited until 9:01 and walked up and tried the door (it was locked) the girl inside just looked at me and walked behind the booth divider, so I stood there for 10 minutes in a t shirt (19 degrees) figuring from a warm truck I could walk right in (wrong) tried the door several times as the same girls just looked at me, stayed a few more minutes and ended up having to drive all the way to Shrewsbury where I complained to the manager as well. not sure whos running the Sutton location but someone should get a talking to at least.. every time I get a haircut there that I'm not happy with I either go to Shrewsbury or Oxford, then always give Sutton another try hoping they picked up some experience or new girls being 5 minutes from my door. I think I'll stick with the girls in Shrewsbury are great.

She's been a stylist for 20 years and at Great Clips for 7-8 years because she doesn't like doing color. She listened to me, pointed out a few things, and did exactly as I requested. Maybe they were taking a great deal of time for his benefit? No. Terrible haircut. At least an inch shorter than he asked for, completely sloppy and uneven, and literally nothing close to the picture he provided. Nothing left to do but take him somewhere else to fix it / even it out and after it's fixed by a knowledgeable stylist he'll just have to deal with the fact that your hair is much shorter now than you wanted, but at least it will grow back evenly now and you can start over. As a whole, terribly unprofessional and uninviting environment. It took 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged as being there (we did show up 5 minutes early so to be fair I would have hoped to be acknowledged 5 minutes after we arrived). While I was waiting for the worlds longest boy hair cut to be over (55 minutes total from when he sat in the chair) I witnessed one stylist lamenting how much she hates the owner and doesn't care how pissed they're going to be that her schedule needs to change bc football is on Thursday's and she's not missing any more of her kids stuff for this job she hates. Like I'm a potential new maybe forever customer sitting feet away from this gossip fest and no one even appeared to think this was a bad idea. I will not go back, obviously, but this place missed out. I was looking for a convenient place nearby place for my husband and 3 kids to go to and be repeat customers.
