TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BSRTENDER ERIKA! Do NOT GO HERE If you're from out of town. I walked…read morein here on Satruday night and crowd seemed kind of sketchy. I was told by my uber driver that this bar is known for people looking for fights. I walked up tot the bar and asked Erika the bartender for a Tequila sunrise. She told me to hold on in a very rude tone while she was waiting for a customer to pay for his drinks and he kept taking forever. I asked her again for the drink and she said " hold on", rather than being polite enough to make the drink while her customer was fumbling on his wallet full of singles and $5 to pay. I asked Kyle for the drink and he hooked it up sono gave him a $10 tip. One of the locals told me that Erika is a bitch and that Kyle is cool. When I posted a picture detailing what happened , Erika reached out to me via Instagram DMs and has her troll friends harass me and bully me for speaking up about her terrible customer service .

They had Area 51, which was my game, so I was pretty bummed when they eventually removed it. I was also a little sad when they switched from coins to game cards. There's just something so nostalgic about putting a quarter into an arcade machine especially for us '90s kids! That said, we still go to Coin Jam pretty frequently and always have a great time. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere has a really cool vibe, and I love that if you don't use all the money on your game card, you can save it and come back another time. Even without Area 51 and the quarters, it's still a fun place for a date night and definitely somewhere we'll keep coming back to!

The theater itself is great. You buy your ticket before hand, the matinee prices are good and I…read morereally appreciate that you have leg room and an easy enter and exit. They always have a beer I like so that's another big plus. The food mediocre and often a bit slow. It was better before Covid and the shut down. For some reason they feel the need to remove things from the menu during certain times of the year, which I notice because they are my favorite items. I appreciate that they have specials and although I don't think they are usually very good I'm glad they try. The popcorn is good. If they had a deep fryer it would transform their business. Just say'n. Update: I went there again last weekend and I highly recommend the pizza. I think it's the best thing on the current menu. Mostly I'm happy they exist as I like having a theater close by so I forgive the food, but might go more often if it was better.

I wanted to give a stellar review, I really did. We came for the Improv for my kiddo's bday, the…read moreshow was great, I loved how inclusive they were and they seemed like a solid little troupe. The venue is small and cozy, well lit, cute stage, clean bathrooms, all the basics covered. We planned on dinner because it seemed like the thing to do. When we hammered out what we wanted our order to be, we handed it to the guy handling it and he went about his business and we enjoyed the show. Except when we were interrupted. Three. Separate. Times. Because they were out of things on the menu they couldn't work out in one go apparently, both food and drink, and we'd have to quietly and as unobtrusively as possible figure out alternatives. Then it took stunning Ages to get the food out. Which, to be fair, was tasty for vegan eats. The totchos were drowning in So Many goopy layers, it was more like eating a wet salad on top of lumpy mash, but still, pretty tasty. We also had drinks and entrees. However, about a half hour after we ate, we started getting sick. I held on as long as I could, mostly until I could get home, when the throwing up started. It didn't end for some time. I had eaten nothing else that day, and neither had my cohort who ate the same as I did. Once the food was out of my gut, I was completely fine. If we ever go back it will be entirely for the entertainment because having a menu doesn't actually mean you have your shit together in the kitchen, and I can't risk what was very likely mild food poisoning. I can eat some gnarly food, I'm kind of a garbage disposal that way, so there's no other explanation. I wish them the best, they've got a great venue.
