I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't…read morerecommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

From the start, Olga was quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which made scheduling seamless. The team arrived on time and immediately got to work, moving efficiently while still being incredibly thorough. They cleaned areas that are often skipped, including baseboards, trim, and hard-to-reach corners, and treated the home with real care. I also have a cat, so pet hair and stray litter can be a challenge, but they handled it without issue. Floors, corners, and high-traffic areas looked noticeably better, and the space felt truly clean--not just surface-level tidy. They worked steadily the entire time they were at my home. Olga actually called me with an updated quote after the team felt more time was needed to finish the job. Communication was appreciated and given the thorough effort and quality of their teamwork, pricing is fair. For anyone in Wilmington, DE, Olga's Cleaning Services is a fantastic choice. Professional, responsive, and extremely thorough--I'll definitely be using them again.

Excellent service!…read more  I needed a deep clean on all of my carpeted rooms in preparation for paint and getting new carpet. The kind of stuff that is too difficult to do myself, and that a regular everyday service doesn't do, such as window tracks, baseboards, etc. I'm so glad that I chose this company over some others that I was looking at. The owners/workers are extremely nice, accommodating, and conscientious. They will customize work to your preference. For example, I asked them to use my vacuum rather than bringing their own vacuum in, and they were happy to do that. When they are done with an area, they ask you to look at it and if you see anything they overlooked, they will go back and redo that area. They even left their shoes outside and put little plastic slippers/booties over their feet so as not to track anything inside. They are very efficient and thorough, and extremely pleasant. 100% would recommend and use again myself.

I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. Update to this review:…read more This company seems to have quite a problem with my master bathroom. One of the girls (Sharon) broke a ceramic trash can that's part of a set (soap dish, toothbrush holder, etc.). I've had it for a very long time, so the probability of finding a replacement is not good. What is really problematic is that nobody told me about it at the time, and let me discover it on my own later. In fact it was hidden with a plastic liner bag. While the owner has offered to pay for the damage or repair, when I said I did not want her back in my house he defended her. I understand that accidents happen, but the point is she hid it. They also accidentally threw away a new cream I had in the bathroom, and I had to buy another. I won't be using them again and can no longer recommend them. This company uses plant-based cleaning products. No chemicals. I booked a deep clean for the first cleaning. Ryan and Andrea spent 4 hours and did a fantastic job.
