The tow truck driver had told me when he picked up car that the office would email receipt to me Monday. I told him I needed receipt to turn into insurance company for reimbursement. Monday called dispatcher said, "would email receipt in 15 minutes." Waited when no response drove to there office in Lamoni, Iowa picked up receipt. Their customer service is terrible. He was 30 minutes earlier than predicted, and he figured out how to put on our temp tire and had us on our way to the shop in Lamoni in about 20 minutes. At the shop, they replaced the tire, and we were back on the road, just two hours after the warning tone first sounded on the car. The shop has a comfortable waiting area, a clean restroom, and friendly folks working hard to get you back on the road.
