I called the store to see if they would fix it or replace it. The assistant manager , Ashley, said it was not her problem- call Weber. Also added-I just work here. I then talked to the manager , Bill. he was extremely rude saying that it was my problem and to take up with Weber. Side note-I am a 72 year old grandmother living alone without the ability and tools to deal with this. After much combative rhetoric, Bill, reluctantly said he would refund my money but I had to deliver it back to the store. I was treated rudely after purchasing an expensive grill that didn't work. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about this company and they were right. Heather in scheduling was communicative and clear with setting expectations for the work and the price. No surprises. Travis the co-owner came out and gave us a bid and laid out a plan how he would run the lines and pipes through the ground. He not only offered a great solution but also pointed out ways to future-proof the infrastructure in case we wanted to build out more of the garden. Riley and Matthew installed the irrigation. What else impressive is that even though they ran pipes underground through an already existing garden, when they were done it was like magic. Somehow pipes were in the ground and you could not even tell there was construction! Even when they dug the dirt out they put the dirt on tarps so that it would not mess up the existing lawn. This crew takes pride in their work and it shows. Do not hesitate, if you are looking for irrigation Sanford will get the job done right!

The natural cherry wood looks beautiful and gives our kitchen a warm, elegant feeling. The cabinet boxes and backs are plywood, and the overall quality feels solid and well-made. I was also very impressed with Mr. Zhong, the salesperson who helped us. I showed him my rough cabinet drawing and some photos of my kitchen, and he quickly used his software to create the cabinet plan and elevations and gave me an estimate right away. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated how quickly and accurately he understood what I wanted. The installation was also excellent and very fast. They completed the cabinet installation in just one day. When the countertop company came to measure, they used a laser to check the cabinets and confirmed that everything was level and properly aligned.
