My first encounter with them was when I was picking through their bone yard to come up with some quartz countertops for bathrooms in 2 houses. Anne was so accommodating working with me even though I knew she had so many other clients with big projects on her plate. As time went on our original countertop installer completely dropped the ball regarding the kitchen for both houses. Never ordered the quartz and never communicated the debacle to us. After many inquiries I found out that our colour choice had been discontinued. These were 2 custom homes. I reached out to Jason and Anne from Olympic they dove right in and saved the day, not without a ton of legwork, follow-up and extra effort to find the last two slabs in the US of the one quartz colour from the original order. The other order, let's just say, they are miracle workers. But it gets even better.... Original installer told me I needed more than the 2 slabs to do our kitchen and master bath, BUT Jason came out and cleverly templated our site. The countertops have a design that connotes a rhythm to it and their technicians (artists) cut the tops and waterfalls as to not interrupt its intent. From top to bottom this is a business that you will want to work with. You can see that everyone appears to enjoy their job and their clients. Refreshing in today's world.

We reached out to our "dirt" guy Jim at Diamond Construction ( another awesome referral ) Jim, recommended Joe Kirsch and Kirsch Electric. Joe said he could meet up with us at our shop, so we made arrangements and drove over to Sequim and met up with him, we had sent him pior to our meeting the dimensions of the shop, and he had mocked up a proposal before we got there, so he made it very easy to go over and do a walk through of the inside and outside of the shop, with lighting suggestions and outlets, also went over two lifts, compressor and a welder outlet for power. A couple days later he had emailed over a quote, VERY reasonable and affordable! once we signed the quote they started about 10 days later, we actually drove back over and met with his electricians as they were in the process ov running wire, installing outlets, hanging lights etc...even though his crew was busy they still took the time to answer any and ALL questions we had, which was greatly appreciated by us! once our drywaller's and painters finished inside the shop, Joe's crew came back out and finished everything up including hanging cieling fans, which are 30' up, outstanding work by all, including Clover their front office person, super helpful and courteous, she always returned calls when needed, BTW Joe, she needs a raise! So if you're looking for electrical work, be it a shop or home and would like to hire a company that's reliable and does the job right the first time, and takes the time to answer calls and questions, give Kirsch Electric a call, you'll be glad you did! 5 stars all day long! Everyone had nothing but great things to say about this company and they were right. Heather in scheduling was communicative and clear with setting expectations for the work and the price. No surprises. Travis the co-owner came out and gave us a bid and laid out a plan how he would run the lines and pipes through the ground. He not only offered a great solution but also pointed out ways to future-proof the infrastructure in case we wanted to build out more of the garden. Riley and Matthew installed the irrigation. What else impressive is that even though they ran pipes underground through an already existing garden, when they were done it was like magic. Somehow pipes were in the ground and you could not even tell there was construction! Even when they dug the dirt out they put the dirt on tarps so that it would not mess up the existing lawn. This crew takes pride in their work and it shows. Do not hesitate, if you are looking for irrigation Sanford will get the job done right!

Nathan told us he would take care of it . Never happened. The range hood had to be installed in order for appliances and inspection could be done. After many calls and emails, we talked to Nathan in person where he accused us of lying and then said he would take care of it but it was not top priority and he would get to it. The last correspondence from Dungeness was October 11 from an employee who explained that people were sick and work backup (not our problem) and that someone would be out the following week. It is now December 9 and we still have not heard from anyone. Nathan no longer returns emails. By the way, we paid our invoice in full (our mistake) and now we are swept under the rug. Horrendous customer service. We have never been treated with such disdain from a business owner! BEWARE when you order from Dungeness Woodworks. The cabinet that were not damaged are fine. There was some overspray on some and a side strip missing on one but we can live with that. By the way-that has never been addressed either. All in all I would never recommend this company to anyone.
