Dr. Bluth decided I needed a root canal on tooth # 4 instead. $3,500+ later, the original tooth (tooth#2, the one that actually needed treatment), is causing massive issues. He did a root canal in the wrong, healthy tooth. This is backed by my referrals from my dentist. I'm in so much pain that I have almost gone to the ED on several occasions. (My dentist was kind enough to talk to me on his weekend and call in an antibiotic). Rocky Mountain isn't admitting fault (of course). The ladies running the show are extremely unprofessional and rude. Ella hung up on me. How's that for someone running your business? She said "I'm not welcome at any of their clinics". If you need a crown or some other major work, you will need to take time off from work because they don't have the correct staffing to perform these services after 2PM. I took time off from work for a 2:30 appointment for a permanent crown seating and received a call to reschedule for some excuse (I don't even remember what) but it pushed the appointment out well over a week. As a result my employer is frustrated, I am frustrated, and the person on the other end of the phone is completely oblivious to the fact that not everyone has unlimited time off.
