This review is based on office experience with billing not about the dentists…read more we had an ongoing contract to have $500 charged monthly to our credit card for extensive dental work my husband had done. We realized we hadn't received a statement for months. They told us they needed to look at our account. Why??? The office submits claims to our insurance, the insurance states what we're obligated to pay and we submit payment. When we finally received an actual statement it was so convoluted and some figures didn't match what was submitted to insurance or what they paid and what we were obligated to pay. Beware of the incompetence in this office. We have left the practice. We can't keep correcting their errors and deal with such lack of basic knowledge for billing patients

Let us suffer and wish to chew on rocks to destroy the ugly lazy work you created that doesn't even let a person smile the same anymore as I said you are selfish monsters that hide behind good manners like any other monster typically does to torture people.so thanks for your torturing I will not ever forget it also tell dusty people have lives she's not a judge or prison guard she's a damn pencil pusher and nothing else.

As I drove to Delaware to be with her, my wife searched for a local dentist. Thankfully she found White Clay. The entire staff was extremely caring, understanding, and concerned. His gentle, reassuring manner went a long way towards keeping our family sane during this crisis.
