Then at 8 I get a call from the Tech who asked if I have stains (Yes I do and I explained that to the lady I made the appointment with) he then quoted me a price that was more than double the price I was originally told. When I disagreed he told me to find another company and he hung up on me. I called him back and told him he needed to come and I would contact the office and work out the price. But ...not only did the manager NOT call me back when I called and asked for a manager 3 times but the tech never showed up. When I called back the tech wouldn't answer and when I called the office they said I cancelled the service. NO I did NOT ...I sent a text to the tech who responded with "I came but you no answer your door" Ummm I have been here all day. He proceeded to ask for my address and then told me that his office sent him to the wrong address. He said he was on another job and wouldn't be able to come til evening or the next day. What!!!??? It is such a hassle when you have to move someone out and move someone else in within a week and at the last minute you find out the company didn't do a very good job or didn't show up at all. Dr. Clean has been quick and professional from the very beginning. They came in to help us during a very busy time when our maintenance team needed some outside help. They liked the team they were using but they weren't going to be able to get everything done in the time needed so they called Dr. Clean. We spoke to Richard and he was super accommodating and very professional. He made time to see us the same time, if anything to get us quotes to move forward. We asked them to work on the carpets in 4-5 apartments and he and his team blew us away! They got it all done quickly and completely spotless (a couple had some difficult stains to get out) and we couldn't be more relieved with their service. Richard also gave us very competitive prices without even asking what we were currently paying the other company. We ended up cutting ties with the previous company (even though we didn't have any problems with them) and now use Dr. Clean. I've recommended them to our sister properties and use them for our office/outdoor rugs as well. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

There were at least 5 aesthetic things they did incorrectly, but they took so long to complete the job that I just wanted them out of my house. About 3 weeks later, all of the issues started coming to light. We called about the post-completion issues, and were told to "call licensed professionals about it." Which was interesting, because we were under the impression we had hired licensed professionals when we hired them to do the work. Buyer beware.
