I did my part a week prior with an appointment and I received an incomplete incorrect prescription for glasses. I worked with an inconsiderate UNPROFESSIONAL Ashley who WOULD NOT HEAR ME! I walked into that office and demanded to speak with Dr. Farjo. I am certain he is unaware of how his staff treats the elderly. I got that CORRECTED prescription and it is still INNCORRECT!!! I WILL NOT USE THIS OFFICE EVER AGAIN! How many patients does a doctor need to lose before he checks his staff? Shame on all of them.

Any time you wait to resolve billing issues after 6 months, it becomes very difficult to work with insurance companies and I'm sure they knew that... so they gave themselves 1 month to figure this out. Whatever they asked for (pre-authorization from my wife's PCP) we gave them but they still had an issue because apparently they didn't get what they needed. After I called to try and resolve this matter (and their mistake on extending this timeline so long), whoever I spoke to was super rude and condescending as if I was in the wrong.. "Well did you call back to make sure we received the referral?!" No I didn't, I don't work for you. If they had an issue, don't wait 5 months before saying something. I don't recommend anyone coming here. Super expensive anyways and they have horrible customer service... any other company would admit fault and write off the (less than) $200 fees they were trying to collect. Their doctors are fine, can't really say anything bad about the care. But then if you need contacts or glasses just be ready to pay $$$$ or go elsewhere anyways.

The first person who answered did not identify herself or the office, and after transferring me to scheduling, the second person also did not introduce herself. I have never been pressured into classes or items that I didn't want. I never want the latest fads and the staff always helps me pick out the most flattering lenses for whatever style I want. Do make sure you ask about prices and coverage, per your insurance before selecting. They are always more than happy to work with me and my budget, which has varied over the years. They are not mind readers. To the reviewer who didn't want their eyes dilated and has been wearing glasses her whole life, if you have sunglasses or transitions, you can drive home with dilated eyes. I found that strange that someone who has been getting her eyes checked her whole life would not know that, and not know that you get your eyes dilated during an exam. Or not know to bring sunglasses to her eye appt. Also, could ask for disposable sunglasses you can slip over your glasses, I'm sure they have them. Just weird.
