Both times, we've simply walked in with no appointment. We were serviced immediately and the only customers. They carried an impressive array of different frames and brands for such a small shop. After a quick fittings, I've been able to pay with the entire ordeal taking less than 15 minutes, which is a great timeline when you have a fussy infant. Both associates were great with my child and helped make the experience as comfortable and fun as possible for him.
