The other location I have been to in the past, were quick and efficient. I have worn contacts since I was 11 and haven't had any issues with doctors. I have had two appointments at this location because the first appointment the doctor couldn't get a good read on my eyes because they were "swollen". I have paid 130$ for both glasses and contacts prescription, yet have only been handed a glasses prescription. The doctor changed my contacts to daily's without asking if that's what I want cause that is what they believe I "need". Which was whatever, annoying but I just want contacts. I went to pick up the trials today, because I received a text message they were ready. The receptionists continued to talk without giving me service (common occurrence because this also happened during my appointments). They didn't give me my contacts today because "the doctor needs to see me in them". They couldn't get me in right away cause other people were waiting (understandable). But I wish they told me that I needed to set up another appointment when they texted me that the trials were ready to be picked up before I drove to their business. Poor communication and service. Last time I'm ever going to this location.

I soon found out that Dean is a personal stylist there and he does a fantastic job connecting with people and helping them find the perfect pair of glasses. You can really tell he enjoys his job! The African American woman, hands down love her! She's down to earth, funny, personable, and also connects to customers very well. The manager, shes lovely and very welcoming too. The only odd ball of the group is Alan, one of the opticians. He's one of those "one of these things is not like the other". They sat me down with him so he could input my info, and it was like talking to an automation machine. To be honest, it doesn't seem like he fits with the culture there. I'm asking him questions about what my vision insurance covers and he's giving non detailed answers and kept asking if I wanted to finalize and purchase. Almost like he didn't want to be there and trying to end the conversation. Major turn off. I was so happy when I walked away from his table. Nobody wants to deal with that negative space. One bad apple shouldn't ruin the overall bushel so I'm going to keep the 5 stars listed because everybody else was amazing and really made me enjoy my glasses hunting experience.

I called and they said to come in right away. I do not have vision insurance, but the prices were still reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wait was less than 30 minutes and the eye doctor was outstanding. We hit it off right away and I felt totally at ease with him. He was very efficient and explained everything he was doing. It turns out my vision issues were likely caused by stress which I had much of at the time. My husband has been to this location several times and has always had a great experience.
