I wanted what appears to be a deck of classic Pokemon cards, the originals from 1999, it was…read morelabeled as partially sealed with a firm price of $69 ($74 out the door) and when the woman came to help me at the locked cabinet she asked what I wanted and I told her the box of Pokémon cards from 1999, which was wedged between boxes of newer, bigger sets of the cards which I'm not interested in. The label said partially sealed (it was opened once but had the torn plastic wrap on it still) I asked her how I would know the cards are in the taped up bag/ box and she told me to shake it so I did, she said the sound I heard was the cards in there. She took it to the register and told me to meet one of the other ladies at the counter who could help me. The woman at the register asked what I wanted and I pointed saying "the trading cards she just put on the counter" in reply the woman at the register raised her voice a bit to where the other 5-6 customers in the store at the time could hear her saying "Pokémon trading cards!" She then charged me up and removed a tiny white tag (about the size of a dime) from a string on the bagged box and placed the tiny tag behind the counter. Once I paid $74 at the register I opened the box while going out the door and immediately turned around through the entry door because it was not filled with Pokémon cards, but clear empty plastic sleeves and a crumpled up piece of paper! I went right back to the counter and even though the box has a large sticker on it that says it's a deck box of original WOTC(original printers of the American cards), one of the ladies pulled up the tag they removed that specified card sleeves, contrary to the huge tag provided to me in the photo. This labeling is intentionally misleading and the only right thing to do would be a full refund in exchange for the originally mislabeled product but they refused, even though I hadn't left yet and they thought they were cards too! I am extremely upset at the fact that the staff was unable to do what would have been ethical.

She helped me find items I was needing and put a few items on consignment for me. The only thing I recommend don't plan on spending 15 mins in here, plan on being there for 30-45 mins since she always has new items. She has everything you are looking for from wall decor to dressers. I highly recommend taking the trip to Mascoutah to check out the store. She also does interior design for a great price.

Instead of just "getting them working", he identified a part that wasn't original and didn't match the original aesthetic of the clock design. He found a perfect replacement. He sees the clock as something much more than a timepiece. It is a work of art. I questioned my decision to drop off my clocks when they weren't ready within a few weeks. Now I know I made the right decision because the extra time they were at Father Time resulted in two treasures that no other clock repair would have achieved. I used Olde World to redesign the setting of my engagement ring. After wearing it for almost 25…read moreyears, I wanted to change the 1ct oval diamond from a traditional platinum four-prong cathedral setting to a modern bezel. They did an amazing job! I wasn't sure how it was going to come together. They had me come back to see the platinum bezel piece and I approved the work and I had an idea of the cost. When I went to pick it up, I was so wowed that I cussed...a few times haha sorry guys! The bezel fit the diamond and head of the ring perfectly. The designer made curved cutouts on the sides so the light shines through. The diamond is secure and sits lower, exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!

Our anniversary was just two days away and I wanted to replace it for her as an anniversary present. I looked high and low but the style of the necklace was not a current trend so I had no luck. Old World Jewelers was my last stop on my way home. The staff told me they could recreate the necklace within two days, just in time for my anniversary. They were done a day early and the results were even better than the original necklace! The jeweler, Kyle, did an absolutely magnificent job! I was floored by the craftsmanship and the entire staff there was superb. I owe them a debt of thanks for making our anniversary a success. I highly recommend them for any requests or repairs and they had a nice in-store selection as well.
