One may reason this is not their problem, since we could have called someone else. I say this is terrible, couldn't-care-less customer service on their part. We used them for several jobs before. I have no idea why they didn't follow up with us. If they didn't want to do the job, they could have said so. Ended up paying a very high price for being a loyal customer to them. After I posted a review online, they replied to it. They took no responsibility for the lack of communication and asked us to call them back so the trust could be repaired. Call them back? We did, many times. Not anymore.

We had bought hardwood floors for our condo, hoping to try to do the project ourselves…read more Well, the flooring sat there in the box for 3 months, and due to my lack of motivation and fear of messing up since I have zero experience, we decided to find contractors who could do the job for us. We got multiple quotes, all with different catches. One company said it would take 5 days, one wouldn't move our furniture, yet another wanted to charge 150% of what we ended up paying. When Chase and Denny came to look at our place, they were very detailed in their measurements. They also gave us a quote in a very short time, with no surprise stipulations. Their price is very fair for the work they do. In the end, they were able to complete our flooring in 2 days, and were able to do it without us having to do any furniture moving or other work on our end. It was a fantastic experience, and the floors look amazing! We couldn't be happier with the work they do, and will readily use them again in the future. Far too many contractors gave us a ballpark figure without wanting to put anything into writing--Scott Brothers was willing to give us an itemized estimate with specific allowances for fixtures. So, if we chose something that was more expensive than that, we knew upfront that we'd be paying more. Brian, Tim, Nick, & Dan made fast work of finishing a stubbed in bathroom in our basement--from start to finish, it was just over three weeks. All the workers who came to our home were friendly, personable, and professional--they cleaned up every day, were very kind to our pets, and communicated with us frequently. They were also very mindful of our pets and were careful not to let any of our inquisitive pets run outside--Tim and Brian made such fast friends with our dog that she was always excited to see them when they arrived. Super special shout out to Tara, who worked with us patiently as we went back and forth on our selections, asked to add and subtract components, and was overall very fast in responding to our inquiries. And when we did encounter the expected challenges with supply chain issues, a product that was damaged, or some other question, their entire team went above and beyond to help solve it in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the final product and so happy to finally have a bathroom in the main entertainment area of our home.
