The guys at Exceptional Exteriors said that they had done other window replacements and gave me a reasonable bid. They ran into some technical issues with the pre-drilled and routed holes from the factory but they figured out what to do and got all of the window sashes replaced in two days (in January) with minimal impact to our family (and I work from home). The work these guys did is amazing with no damage to the stiles or jambs. Tom was very responsive upon first contact and was able to come out to estimate the job within 1-2 days. I was very appreciative that he helped point out some areas in the living room and kitchen the were in serious need of patchwork and repairs from the previous DIY job. Within about another day I had a project estimate that I found to be very fair considering the amount of work that was required. Tom personally helped me pick the color and provided suggestions when I was unsure of paint finishes and a few minor details. Scheduling the workers was easy and Jason and Josh did a fantastic job. The wall patching was well done and the retexturing just made everything look right. They covered a living room with vaulted ceiling, kitchen with a skylight, dining room, and hallway in just a couple of days. He replaced garage windows, repaired rotten wood, framing, door installation, etc. He also painted my garage. I have a cat tree that my dad made. It had become unstable. That cat tree has tremendous sentimental value to me and he made it stable and solid again. I'm not sure every handyman is willing to that kind of small job and Nathan said "Yes." He made my cats happy. Nathan installed living room shades. I've never had shades be so straight. I like the quality of his work so much I'm having him come over to do more work and install cabinets for me in 4-6 weeks. While he is busy and does book out I found his wait times very reasonable. One day my front door unexpectedly stopped working. Would not budge. I could not get into or out of my home. My neighbor had to help me break in through a window to get in through the side door.
