I was helped with employment and in my contract it was six months to hire from temp to permanent with the company I would be employed with. When informing Maham and Quadrant of this they both informed it was nothing they could do and to wait it but my contract said different. I don't think they valued my time or communicated properly with my management. They would have me communicate things they should have communicated to my manager. After one year and four weeks I was made permanent with my employer without the help of Quadrant. Quadrant once again did not communicate with me at all or the best with me. There were multiple issues more than once I had to handle without the help of Quadrant. If you are looking for employment as soon as possible I would recommend but I unfortunately would not work with Quadrant again I would probably find employment myself like I have previously or go through another temp agency.

I have interviewed in the past with very young Recruiters, have a bad feeling about them...giggly, unprofessional, silly, un-professional, and have no idea about what it is like to be a consummate professional in the USA, anymore. The most recent Recruiter I spoke with in Ashburn, VA. was a constant giggler! Sooooooo... Annoying. I had contacted 7 local temp agencies, 4 didn't reply at all, 1 called me in for an interview then never contacted me again, and one set up a phone interview and then stopped communicating altogether. My Green Key recruiter, Erika Silvey, called me in for an interview right away. The interview was quite long and very thorough and by the end I felt like she had gotten to know me and what I bring to the table as far as my skills/experience/personality. Right away she got me a temp job at a management consulting firm that I was able to walk to. Her communication was excellent, from the first day to the last I felt like I could contact her with any questions or concerns I might have. I found the Green Key app very easy to use, and I preferred entering/submitting the hours I had worked on my phone, rather than filling in a piece of paper, getting a manager to sign it, faxing it to the agency, etc. After that first job ended, she said "I know you're looking for something full-time, but for now would you be interested in another temporary position until we find something permanent?". I really appreciated the acknowledgement that I was not interested in being a temp for 2 years (again). She also provided me with very constructive feedback on my resume and what she expected as far as updating it as I ended one assignment and began another. Fast forward ~1 month, quite happy to be working again (and making 50% more than the last temp agency paid!), and after 1 job interview she set up that went well but ultimately was not for me (they were afraid my commute would be too long), Erika had me placed at a local financial institution that ended up hiring me. She gave me good, practical advice as far as negotiating my salary and other hurdles as a potential new hire. Pay, benefits, growth potential, fit, and just overall job satisfaction are the best I've ever had and I would not have this great new career were it not for Erika Silvey @ Green Key Resources. 10/10, have recommended this agency/recruiter to many friends/family.

The day before the interview they called to give me a pep talk and interview advice. Throughout the placement period I was in constant contact with my recruiter. I've never temped with another agency but based on other reviews I've read on Yelp, I would be cautious if the recruitment agency doesn't tell you who their client is or is terrible with communicating.
