There's a reason this place always shows up on IG! Cute area, good coffee, AMAZING treats, & nice staff. The lines can get a little long so be prepared but it's always worth it. Love their seasonal stufff too!

I enjoy the ambiance, and spacious areas for seating. Very beautiful space! The staff has been friendly and love that they are actually conversational. Disclaimer, I'm not a coffee drinker. So I don't believe this review is representative of their other drinks. This review is for their matcha! I tried their matcha twice now and I've been disappointed. They use a higher quality matcha which I greatly appreciate! But at the end of the day the drink does not taste good and the matcha separates from the milk within 5 minutes. I think there may be an issue with the preparation process. I will definitely return for the space and pastries, but I am still disappointed that I can't enjoy matcha there!

The most beautiful welcoming cafe breakfast stop! The have lots of seating area upstairs, outdoor tables. Service is order and the bring it to you with a smile. If you want breakfast or just pastries with your coffee, tea or matcha is all good! And Sundays is the Market place which was a plus for me!

Nice environment and delish pastries! Looking forward to coming back during the farmers market. The cortado and shortbread were perfect.

Large gorgeous space. I absolutely love that I didn't have to pap for parking, and that there was such a large number of parking spots right outside. That's SO rare in the PDX area so I was grateful for that. My chai was really nice, and had a nice little kick to it. They had some nice sounding food options, but the prices were insanely high so I didn't try them out this time. They claim that the prices are that high because they don't do tips...idk. The pastry case was loaded with delicious looking pastries and my friend who was with me said hers was delicious, so I'll definitely try it next time. If you can, avoid going at peak times. Even though they have loads of seating, I had to wait a while for a place to sit and the line was all the way outside and down the wheelchair ramp. Overall super cute, very popular, very spendy cafe.

First of all, this location is beautiful. The inside and the outside are so cute. There is, however, pretty limited seating in the downstairs, especially if you go on the weekend. We waited in a line that was out the door and were not able to find anywhere to sit, the upstairs seating was not accessible to us due to mobility reasons. The chai with the harvest moon syrup was delicious. The food was also quite good, albeit a bit expensive. I would probably try to go back on a weekday if possible next time.

Twice in 24 hours tells the story. The space is absolutely beautiful, tastefully modeled from its City Hall roots but casually sumptuous. The food and pastries are exquisite. Standard coffee offerings. Tons of seating upstairs, with lovely woodwork and a downtown view. I'm a bit confused on pricing: things are a bit pricy, but I thought you weren't supposed to tip - and yet there's a tip jar. Not sure what the protocol is, since there's no tip line when you charge

This keeper is so cute! I mean both are cute and they definitely have the same vibe, but this location is bigger! There's a whole upstairs. Expect them to be busy on the weekends. There's seating outside too but it's getting colder. Everything I had was yummy. The avo toast had a poached egg on it and some other fixings and it was so good! It definitely was the stand- out thing for me.

Keeper Coffee's new location downtown Milwaukie. It shares the building with pFriem Family Brewers. Super cute interior with spacious seating upstairs! They also have tables outside if you want to enjoy your coffee outdoors. They serve coffee and tea along with a wide variety of pastries. They have a pretty good brunch menu as well. I stopped in briefly today to grab a matcha to-go, but definitely will be back to try their brunch. Oh, and I love that gratuity is included in their prices as it reflects livable and equitable wages for their employees.

I decided to try something other than the delicious pastry selections. I just worked out and trying to get some homework done so I need something light and semi-healthy. They had a turkey bacon and avocado on cibatta with homemade chips for a lunch sandwich option. I got my usual vanilla latte for my coffee order and it's always spot on. It's a quaint little coffee shop in a renovated historic town hall building. The service is always great and very friendly. (Service charge included with order)

Iced matcha latte with strawberry syrup

I have so many nice things to say about Keeper Coffee. This was my first time here and I love the ambiance inside. There are local goods available for purchase and there's so much seating available. I went to the counter and asked for a recommendation for a syrup to go in an iced matcha. Right now they have a seasonal, fresh strawberry syrup and they layered it so beautifully in my matcha. I gave it a quick stir and absolutely loved it. The fresh, fruity flavor of the syrup pairs so well with the grassy, matcha flavor. The servers/baristas were all so nice, as well. I will say that the drinks felt a little expensive, but fair among coffee shops of the same caliber in the area. You come here for great quality and handmade flavors. I'll absolutely be back.

Definitely worthy of five stars. A great compliment to the Milwaukee farmers market. The spinach hand pies and moca latte are my faves.

We stopped for coffee and pastries on the way home. Everything was delicious! We both rode the summer moon latte which is there house made syrup. I got the gluten free lemon cake and my husband got some sort of berry tart that was outstanding!! Everything is made in house.

What time do they start serving breakfast? Their website says 7 am but I have been there then and was told they don't serve at 7 am

They have some pre-made pastry items like hand pies and quiche available at opening, but you can't order an avocado toast or other on-demand kitchen items until they open the kitchen

No lines at this suburban location! Ah, the pink spinning carousel of doughnuts is mesmerizing! Old Dirty Bastard doughnut: raised doughnut w/chocolate frosting, Oreos, and drizzled peanut butter. When I was watching the carousel spin, it had me at Oreos. And yes, they are paying homage to the late rap artist w/his namesake doughnut. Plain Cake: a classic! This cake donut was excellent and surprisingly my favorite. Perfect. A simple doughnut that I sampled in the evening and was still amazing with my coffee the next morning. Peanut Cake: another simple cake donut with chocolate and peanuts. Very good! Thankful I am not allergic to peanuts. Banana Cream Pie: custard-filled doughnut with banana cream frosting and a slice of banana topping. The custard cream is yummy! So if I were in town again, I would actually get the plain cake and try something new to me. The Marshall Mathers doughnut also caught my eye on the spinning carousel. It is an M&Ms doughnut and homage to the rap artist known as Eminem. And I would sample whichever doughnuts that the hubby chooses! Customer service was excellent. Love the pink decor. Their slogan is "Good things come in pink boxes." Indeed!

Tasty donuts. Friendly staff. Nice interior. Expensive (I paid $14 for 4 small/medium donuts).read more
