My putting green needed maintenance which is required to keep the green smooth. After several calls they finally came out to assess and brought the wrong equipment to fix. Ensured they would come back the next day, then the next, never showed. I had to call office and was told they would put me on the schedule. Never happened! Called again and was told the same thing. Then they called and told me they could come out tomorrow but would be $250 for maintenance. This same maintenance was $150 last year. Asked why the big increase and was told because prices went up. It literally takes them 20 minutes to roll out. That's crazy! Bottom line! Save your money and go with a reputable company that will honor prices and show up when scheduled.

Due to some health problems I waited to call them to come and take a look to see what the problem is. I finally called them, sent the pictures they asked for, and waited for their reply. I had mentioned in my initial call that it might be roots causing the problem. I should never had said that as they sent me an email saying they would come out to take care of the problem caused by the roots at the cost of $450. They assumed that was the problem without ever coming to take a look! Even if it was a root problem, that would indicate an installation problem as this was just installed 6 months ago! Needless to say, I'm done with them and would not recommend them. Stay away from Big Bully!

I was tired of…read morefertilizing, aerating, re-seeding, and watering my grass area that only grew on one side last year. I (my son helped also) was able to transform my backyard to a masterpiece with my purchase from Purchase Green (PG). Every time I called someone answered the phone immediately and answered all of questions, without trying to upsell me or rushing me off the phone. Not to mention the pricing and quality compared to the big box stores. PG has 15' rolls (for waaaay less) which meant I didn't have to cut and do seams, which I would have had to do with a 12' rolls from one of the big box stores. I showed up took a look at their selection and chose the AZ Platinum!!! I also purchased the slag (75lbs. bags) and HeroFill infill (50lbs. bags) since I have dogs. Was able to save on costs doing it this way, thanks to Adrian. They also loaded everything on my trailer with zero issues. Rented the big tools (compactor and power broom), and border blocks from my local box store. Any additional supplies I ever need for maintenance, etc., I will go here first!
