I had a minor issue today when I had a Big Bully technician come out and review an issue of a portion of turf pulling up. I figured it was a minor warranty issue. An hour after he left, I received a written estimate with a cost to repair my new turf. I immediately called Big Bully warranty and they said there were "2 teeth marks" from a dog. Yes, I do have a dog and I assured them the only thing the dog bites into is food. That didn't seem to matter, I was responsible for the cost to repair the turf. The most aggravating part of this conversation was that "CHELSEY" never stopped tapping on her keyboard. I asked her to stop, She said she was in the middle of something when I called and was very busy. I asked her if she was too busy to talk to a customer that just spent $9000 on turf. She was indifferent and quite rude. Big Bully may have the best turf out there , but they could really shine if they had more customer interfacers, that understand that the customer pays their Salary

My putting green needed maintenance which is required to keep the green smooth. After several calls they finally came out to assess and brought the wrong equipment to fix. Ensured they would come back the next day, then the next, never showed. I had to call office and was told they would put me on the schedule. Never happened! Called again and was told the same thing. Then they called and told me they could come out tomorrow but would be $250 for maintenance. This same maintenance was $150 last year. Asked why the big increase and was told because prices went up. It literally takes them 20 minutes to roll out. That's crazy! Bottom line! Save your money and go with a reputable company that will honor prices and show up when scheduled.

While I do my best to keep it clean--scooping daily and hosing it down--the reality is that my dogs play on it all day and also use it as their restroom. No matter how diligent I was, it still had an odor I just couldn't get rid of. Thankfully, I came across Keep It Up and have been scheduling them quarterly ever since. The difference is night and day--my yard smells fresh, looks spotless, and the turf still looks brand new. Dustin is professional, reliable, and always goes above and beyond. I am so grateful I found Keep It Up. If you have artificial turf (especially with pets), I cannot recommend them enough!

The crew was polite and punctual. They were careful and made sure our outdoor furniture were out of the way. The clean up at completion was very decent. Eddie made sure the our irrigation system was working properly and did a walk through with me prior to taking the final payment. The litmus test for me was when our new patio extension got two thumbs up from the Mrs!
