They arrived in 20 & assessed the issue as a dead, unrechargable battery. Mobile tire repair…read more If you live in the PSL area, screws and nails in tires is a thing - thanks to all the homebuilders. Walking past my tire I see a big ole screw jutting out and the air pressure is low according to me sensor - wonderful. Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? Price was what he quoted over the phone and James was just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for all your tire needs- he does more than repairs so keep him in mind.

This towing company quoted me a really good price, kept in contact with me, let me know when they would be there and let me know when they were five minutes away. But, this wise and thoughtful man figured out how to safelyHget it on his tow truck anyways, He spent a good hour at my house safely, moving my vehicle from the garage to his flatbed tow truck. This man even stuck with his quoted price, even though this was a very difficult tow job! Thank you so much for your customer service, expertise, joyful attitude, and great price! Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. I understand the tow itself, but the way this business operates raised serious concerns. We were told the fee was cash only, no receipts, and no change could be given. The total came to nearly $600 for two vehicles. There was no ATM on-site, no proper office, and no visible signage or security cameras--just a few people at a gate collecting cash in the middle of the night. The employees couldn't explain their rates or provide any documentation showing how they calculated the amount. After talking with others, I learned that many people have reported different random charges and the same cash-only policy over the past few months. I've since filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Their practices felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely lacking in transparency.
