Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? The total came to nearly $600 for two vehicles. There was no ATM on-site, no proper office, and no visible signage or security cameras--just a few people at a gate collecting cash in the middle of the night. The employees couldn't explain their rates or provide any documentation showing how they calculated the amount. After talking with others, I learned that many people have reported different random charges and the same cash-only policy over the past few months. I've since filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Their practices felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely lacking in transparency.

If I could give zero stars, I would. P&C towed my daughter's 2016 Nissan Rogue for a no-start…read morecondition, and the way they handled it caused major damage to her vehicle. Nissan's manual clearly states this car must be towed on a flatbed or with all four wheels on dollies. Instead, the driver insisted it was fine to just put it in neutral and tow it -- something every mechanic we spoke to said was absolutely wrong. When the car arrived at the shop, it was already making a loud, unusual noise it never had before. The service station took pictures of how P&C towed it and even showed me the section of the Nissan manual that proves it was done incorrectly. Both the repair shop and a transmission specialist confirmed the rear end was ruined because of the tow. I even called three other tow companies, and all said the same thing -- the car should never have been towed the way P&C did. P&C refused to take responsibility, wouldn't provide their insurance information, and even tried to claim they towed it because of the noise -- which is a lie, since the call was for a no-start. My daughter had to wait over two weeks for repairs and pay for Uber rides to get to work, while P&C basically told us they "don't care what Nissan says." We've filed a police report and are pursuing this in civil court. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and reckless. No one should trust them with their vehicle.
