I called first and explained my situation and the gentleman who answered explained to me that they usually work on appointments but he would try to work my car in. I ended up having my car towed here. I honestly thought it was going to be a couple of days before I got my car back but within 2 hours I received a phone call telling me what the issue was. And the best part is that they could get it fixed that day and I wouldn't have to wait several days! I was so excited! I felt that the price was fair for what was going on so I didn't hesitate to let them fix it. They are a full service mechanic shop off of US 1 in Titusville. I would definitely let them do regular maintenance on my car in the future.

Went to Pep-boys for a alternator replacement that was $443. They left exposed wires for the…read morealternator not even covering them. When I took my car to my normal mechanic for a manifold replacement I saw a wire dangling and my radiator was unplugged. Nobody has been in the engine bay since the car left Pep-boys. They denied doing anything when since I've had the car nobody has touched that radiator cable. It can't come un-done on its own since its held in by a clip that needs to be pressed to un-clip. They denied doing anything. This type of service for $443 for a very important component is not worth it one bit, especially leaving exposed wires next to a alternator. I'm personally never going back to pep-boys for auto repairs.
