Worked the whole day and was thinking about my car the whole day. Left work early to try to make it to the shop before they closed at 5PM! Arrived at 4:38 PM. I waited a little bit as they were busy, but they didn't forget about me. By the time the guys got to me it was nearly 5PM! I felt so bad that I was keeping them from leaving on time, but they were still so courteous and helpful. The guys took a look at the tire, didn't promise me if he'd be able to plug it but he'd try. I was honestly prepared to pay for a used tire temporarily if he wasn't able to plug it. But thank goodness, he was able to plug it and was sent on my way. The guys even calibrated my tire pressures for me too. Definitely will recommend this place as I was recommended this place from a coworker.

I was about an hour into traveling to south Florida when my tire split open and began losing air on 95. Naturally, I googled the closest shop to buy new front tires and began calling around. Nothing - NOBODY had tires that would fit. Finally, I call 513 Tires - The only tire store that sold the size for my car in a 20-mile radius. Unaware that the main function of this business is just to sell tires, I asked the man on the phone if he could put on the new tires for me if I pulled up to buy them. He agreed and said it might be a few minutes before he can get there. Awaiting his arrival, I was prepared to pay an arm and a leg for two new tires, because that is usually how it goes when these things happen. Nope - The price of two tires was more than fair, to the point where I even asked if I owed extra for labor. Jose explained the process of changing my tires, which was really cool to see. And as it turns out, those few minutes I waited were time spent getting down to the shop for no other reason than to help me. He didn't even have to be there, nor did he have to install the tires. They mentioned wear on my brakes and I agreed to have a brake service on both axles, but all they did was replace the pads. They also inquired about changing the brake fluid. So to change the fluid, replace the brake pads,and a front end alignment...I was charged $856!!?? Never again!!!

Went to Pep-boys for a alternator replacement that was $443. They left exposed wires for the…read morealternator not even covering them. When I took my car to my normal mechanic for a manifold replacement I saw a wire dangling and my radiator was unplugged. Nobody has been in the engine bay since the car left Pep-boys. They denied doing anything when since I've had the car nobody has touched that radiator cable. It can't come un-done on its own since its held in by a clip that needs to be pressed to un-clip. They denied doing anything. This type of service for $443 for a very important component is not worth it one bit, especially leaving exposed wires next to a alternator. I'm personally never going back to pep-boys for auto repairs.

Also I witnessed a Machanic come in with a cabin air filter, the old one was two inches in height the new one was an inch , the Machanic came in for advice and the guy inside says if it fits use it ! We are new to the area and are very disappointed in the service we received. Be honest and the customers will come back!

I walked out but feeling very unhappy I went back in and asked for the manager, Kevin was the manager, I stated that ignoring us for a phone call was rude, he said, I thought it would be quick. if the manager acts this way I hate to think how the employees treat customers, not surprised I was the only customer there. Definitely would not recommend for any service!
