Made an appointment for 1pm 4 trailer tires for my food trailer, when I dropped it off i told them my trailer is fully loaded with Italian Ice. Two hours later tech just pulling off the 1st tire to replace... why make an appointment?!?!? Had them put tire on and went somewhere else. read more

Always the best service! 10 stars. I have an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and this shop goes out of there way to learn about my vehicles needs. Today we replaced a battery and that didn't solve the problem. So old battery put back in. Oil changed and for my 5.5 quarts Euro. $125. My GMC takes 6 quarts and my BMW NEEDS 9. So to pay $125 for 2 on my cars is wonderful. It costs me a lot to maintain my driving needs. 1-6 sets of tires a year for my household are all purchased here as well. Love the guarantee. Again- Love, love, love this place. Been a customer of tires plus for several years. Personal and business account. Got new tires about for months ago. About a month later got a screw in my new tire. After spending over an hour to receive customer service. They couldn't help me for 3-4 days. Sent me to firestone on 50. They couldn't honor my warranty. So went back and at that point they could get me in the following day now. The car was dropped off and two days later my tire was fixed. And I was charged. I was so pissed at that point I just paid it and left. I knew I shouldn't of went back, but I had spent so much money on the tires, I was hoping they had changed there poor service. But, I took a gamble and lost AGAIN! Yesterday I went in because I have a tire that was losing air. Needed them to just give me air. I was informed they were too busy to put air in my tire. And I would have to make an appointment for a Tuesday to put air in my tire. It was Thursday. I looked in the bay where the workers were. There were 4-5 guys standing around. Only two cats in their work area. One guy in an office. And the customer service guys explaining how busy they were. By the time he gave me a run down on how busy they were, they could of filled my tire. And I bet they would of charged me for the air. I have given this company my last visit. They appear to be practicing bait and switch. I called yesterday and had a quote for oil and tire rotation. I arrived today and the price was now more than the quote. This also happened with my daughter in November of 2020 also. She needed 2 new tires, called and got a quote and was told they were in stock but when her husband took the car in, apparently they did not have them but would gladly sell them something similar that cost 50% more. They ended up leaving the car because the tires they needed could be delivered the next day. A different family may not have had that option. I do not recommend this business although until these two episodes, I had been a loyal customer. read more

Store has historically bad ratings. Heard it had improved under new management. Assisted my daughter in buying four new tires for her SUV a few months ago. Good experience. Called the manager a few days ago about an oil and filter change for my Camaro SS. Was told $120-$130. When arrived for appointment yesterday, manager was off. Man working the desk said he only had two techs working and the wait would be a little over an hour. While going over the work to be done, he mentioned 8 quarts of oil. I told him my car takes 10 quarts. He changed the order. I asked what the total cost would be and he said $180. Told him $50/60 dollars more for two additional quarts was ridiculous. I went to Walmart Auto and paid $90 for the oil change and a better filter. Will buy new tires for my wife's Pathfinder elsewhere read more

Took a car in after refurbishment of all front end suspension components. Ball joints, bushings, tie rod ends. Have a lifetime alignment warranty on the car with the Garden St store. After spending an entire afternoon they only adjusted the "toe" and said they'd need the car for a day to do the job. Returned today a week later with an appointment to do the job. They refused to honor the lifetime warranty. Refused to do the work. Also tried sending me to Firestone (as mentioned by another complainant previous). The counter person, Amber, has no people skills and certainly no automotive service skills. She suggested the front struts would have to be replaced where upon I advised her the car didn't have struts! The help at this location has completely deteriorated. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Plan on contacting the BBB and advising the Franchisee they better get some get some new help pronto! read more

Best experience I have had ever dealing with a repair shop. Bill was more than helpful and went above and beyond to explain everything in a way that I could understand everything. The technician Dave was nothing less than professional and courteous. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Apparently not safe to have them inspect your vehicle! I had and oil change and inspection done late Saturday 4/6/19 (it included a tire rotation and a test drive by the tech to check on a brake issue I'd noticed. I picked up the car just before closing time and drove the roughly 4 blocks home, parked the car in the garage until Monday morning, 4/8/19. At that time I went to take my dogs for a ride and walk. I made it at most another 4 blocks at which time I noticed a loud noise that I thought was construction noise (thought it was a power saw!), continued about another 6 blocks by which time I figured out the loud noise was coming from my car, when I pulled over I saw metal hanging down underneath my car (it was scraping the ground as I was driving). I drove directly back to TiresPlus and spoke to the interim manager who proceeded to tell me that since it was a fresh scrape it obviously just happened (remember it was scraping the road as I was driving so of course the scrapes were "fresh" plus they just worked on the car on Saturday). He said that if I didn't do it someone else in the household obviously did it. Well it's just me and my husband and we were together all day Sunday, so no. My lesson from this is don't go to TiresPlus ever again, if someone test drives your car - go with them to observe and lastly, watch while techs do any repairs on the car. read more

Nothing has changed since my first complaint. As you can see after my compaint they wrote a charming little reply of an I'm sorry about your experience acting like they were going to straighten things out. I sent them over all the information that they requested along with contact info. They wrote to my gmail a pleasant letter of how sorry they were and how they were going to fix things for my wife and I and that an area manager would be in touch with us who would fix things. We wrote a pleasant letter back of thank you. When the manager called me he explained how my tire bearing went from our just starting to hear a little noise, meaning it was just just starting to show signs of starting to go bad to after the mechanic did his inspection( Which is why we went in to Tire Plus) just an inspection. To how the mechanic damaged it further making it impossible and unsafe to drive. I've been told by friends, family and by some of Tires Plus own staff that when a bearing just starts going bad you can drive on it up to a year without having to change it out. ( not that I would have) but that would of given me time to save the money up to have the work done and who I wanted to do the work.. Tires Plus took those options away. The Manager told me he would fix it for half price. 50%off. Sounds real shady to me. My conclusion is they damaged the bearing more to force me to get the job done through them. Don't trust them. Thank God my Church came through and I'm getting it fixed today through thier mechanic. Tires Plus lost a lot of business and future business because off this. Maybe they will learn to have better integrity. They give honest auto mechanic shops a bad name. People will continue to be leary of mechanics. So sad. When my van gets fixed I will let you know of a mechanic you can trust hopefully. read more

Very bad experiences with this store. They recommended and installed tire pressure sensors in my new tires that were not proper for my vehicle. They recommended and installed a timing belt package 50,000 miles before it was necessary. They recommended numerous unnecessary repairs and maintenance. Do NOT go here. read more

if i give a 0 i would. i made an appointment on line through a coupon the day prior. i get the work performed and the coupon doesnt apply. makes a 100.00 difference. which is alot when you are robbing peter to pay paul. instead of calling like a normal business should they dont say a thing. the husband is clueless because the wife is the one that makes the appointment. out of courtesy they should call you since you have to put the vehicle info in. the appointment was made in plenty of time to do so.***warning dont use the online for appt especially when you have a coupon*** because they rob you*** then act like no big deal when oops coupon doesnt apply** read more
