It's more hard than soft which is expected for a bar style. I wasn't a big fan of the cake parfait cause of the butter cream. The icing was too sweet. It would have been better with the cream cheese frosting. The cake was moist and delicious. The candy bits were too sweet for my liking so I just tossed the icing and candy and ate the rest. I would definitely try more of her items. She accepted credit cards and items were $6-8 for the most part.

They have an adorable little shop with items made by local crafters, a private room for parties or scheduled cookie making/decorating classes, and a refrigerator full of all types of cookies including dough to take home and eat/cook, frosting. We got to try a sample of the red velvet cookie with white chocolate chips they were trialing for Valentine's day and they were yummy. They're very quick taking orders much faster than Starbucks could ever hope to be and not only taking your order but getting it to you. I appreciated that. It smelled so wonderful in there of roasted coffee, baking breads with just a hint of cinnamon in the air. If I could put that in a bottle I would definitely use it as an air freshener! Everyone was so friendly and understanding because I was in desperate need of coffee so my ability to articulate wasn't great. The coffee was perfect, just the right amount of milk and sugar I didn't have to change a thing. I'm up in Cocoa Village occasionally and I definitely will be stopping in here. I didn't get any of their pastries or food but everyone else who was having it said it was fantastic. Definitely worth a stop!
