What a pleasant experience. I chose Keep It Clean for Less from Yelp and based on Yelp reviews. My initial call was placed after 6:30pm and I expected to leave a message for the following day. Instead, a cheerful, pleasant, efficient, English proficient lady answered the phone and scheduled my cleaning two days out! Description, quote, schedule, service name and contact details took a whole two minutes! When the scheduled cleaner couldn't make it as planned, I was called at a very civilized hour and rescheduled. First I must say that the owners of the company are extremely nice and quite responsive but there's no use in that if the girl that they send to your house to clean doesn't know how to clean. When I called to make the appointment they assured me that everything was going to be cleaned and that the cleaners were not paid by the hour and they would probably be here for the majority of the day. So for the price of $129 I said OK send them. The girl they sent to clean called me after two hours of her being in my apartment and said in 20 minutes she will be done. Now if it only took two hours for one person to clean my apartment I'd be doing it myself. when I got home the apartment looked exactly the same way as when I left. Nothing was moved the floors were still incredibly filthy she didn't move anything on the floor so if she cleaned the floor at all she cleaned around everything. She didn't vacuum my bathroom floors she didn't even clean the counter in my bathroom nor did she clean any of the faucets. she did not dust anything in my bedroom. I noticed that my bed was not made when I called the owner he informed me that making the bed was not included in their service!!! are you kidding me for $129 they can't make the bed!! It's really a shame that they have this girl representing their company. On another note they told me that they bring all their own supplies well when she got here she asked me for paper towels I don't know why she needed them because she didn't clean anything so she obviously took the roll of paper towels with her because it's not here in my house and nothing is cleaned. I'm going to post a picture of the bathroom floor after I got home to show the owner that she didn't clean the floor. I guess the other people that put these great reviews had someone else clean their house because there's no way I could even give one star to the quality of the cleaning that this girl provided in my house today. This was first time experience with a professional leather cleaning service. The owner/technician is very friendly, approachable and has a professional appearance. We message him thru Yelp to request a quote for a leather sofa & ottoman cleaning/steam clean, he replied in less than 30 minutes on Xmas Day (That was very appreciated). We explained in basic our needs, shared an image of our sofa & ottoman and got a quote and appointment for a few days after. (Very fast response). I am not an expert so this review is based on my opinion and results. The process we had requested (or thought was explained) was steam clean, but this is not the process that was used on my sofa and ottoman. Cleaners/chemicals, and vacuum. The sofa and ottoman are definitely clean, however, the process did damage the sofa leather skin a little (but that could depend on leather quality and previous cleaning), while the ottoman is definitely damaged and some leather peeled off. (which I am disappointed more). Also some part of sofa like the part under cushions have not been cleaned maybe due to not removing them while the process was in place. I have attached before and after image for a more detailed view.
